I have been to many Walmarts across the US and Walmart in Niles MI is the worst I have ever seen. Being from Niles myself the employees and managers there don’t give a dam. Maybe it’s something in the water other places like Lowes next door is almost as bad. If you go there just hope you don’t need any help or need any department, I think there out smoking or lunch all the time.

Sure the prices are great but the employees tend to be rude and don’t understand basic customer service. I went there to buy some school supplies. After a few «I don’t know» responses and the employee walking away, I wondered if people went to school in this area. Eventually, I found the school supplies and asked the employee stocking that section if they carried the 4 color ink pens and she quickly said «we have what we have and that’s it.» And went on as if I hadn’t said a thing.
Winners. If you want low prices and snarky attitudes, then this is the wal mart for you. If not, drive a little further and visit the one in Mishawaka off of Cleveland rd.

It’s Walmart through and through. Good prices. It is on the smaller side of a superstore, but has all the amenities.
