Sprint Store

Worst store ever. Employees very unprofessional, no customer service skills here. I have given this store numerous chances and each time they fail – NO seems to be their word of the day, every day. Done with this store, done with Sprint – STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

Employees here need a major attitude adjustment.
this Sprint location is the closest to my house and unfortunately the last one I ever want to visit. Thankfully Sprint has many other nearby locations including at the mall literally across the street and another new location about 5 minutes away in Morton Grove on Waukegan/​Dempster. Go there.

This Sprint store is the corporate location. My boyfriend was having problems upgrading his phone and finding the best deal, but Denise was pleased to help him!
We had a great experience here. Denise made getting ready a new phone quick and painless and she gave him the best deal. She also included some credit valid on phone accessories and included a wireless charging pad (so cool!). She even tried to help me switch from AT&T. Which hopefully I’ll be able to do once I get the time… haha.
Overall, great experience and would be back!

My family was looking to switch carriers, and was browsing through various stores. AT&T nearby was practically a shark tank. Walked in before my family got a sales pitch about switching providers, which I didn’t mind, before getting mauled with a pitch to switch internet providers and home phone service, which was not my goal. Imagine that frustration; then imagine the exact opposite occurring in this store.
I was assisted by an employee by the name of Rita. Walked into the store, asked if my family needed anything. We told her that we’re considering switching carriers. What does she do? Give us some space and encourage us to check their selection of phones, give us a heads up of a new family plan promotion going on, and leave us to discuss what we see. No hounding, no overly aggressive sales pitch, just some information to think of and see if we want to do anything with it.
Rita continued to assist us by calculating what our family plan would come out to on a monthly payment, which came out to be very accurate in her estimation. Clearly knowledgeable. She also went out of her way to see if Sprint was offering the Sony Xperia Z3(we learned that they are not offering the phone, but Rita was relentless on getting a definitive answer). She looked up the specs of the phone and offered us the next best option, the Note 4, and told us about the Note 4’s capabilities. Yes, my family all got Note 4’s after her information lesson.
The process was long, as she made sure to transfer our number’s, calculate insurance, but everything was smooth. She was quite willing to answer a barrage of questions, which is commendable. The girl clearly knows what she’s doing, and needs to be moving up in promotions immediately. My family and I have gone from T-​Mobile, to Verizon, to now, Sprint. Most pleasurable and smooth experience any of us have ever received,

This is the corporate store and I prefer this one to the other locations that are near by. The only draw back to this location is that because they are a corporate store they have different hours than the mall locations… for instance, they close early on holidays. Honestly not a big deal. Their customer service has always been exceptional when we’ve stopped in and I honestly cannot complain about any services they have provided my family with as we continuously add new phones for our family. The biggest benefit to shopping at a corporate store is typically variety of phones that are available. We were upgrading our smartphones recently and while wondering a mall, stopped in and looked at the Samsun S3, the only options we had at the mall location we were at were the blue and white phones, but I’d seen the purple online. Well, later in the week I stopped in at this location and got my purple phone, it was the last one in stock, so there was no waiting a few days for it to show up.
Really have no complaints here and will continue to use this location because it’s convenient and the customer service is great!
