Our freezer went out last this afternoon. I called Northshore Appliances at 6:30pm and within the hour they were out to fix it (I live in the city). They told me about the service charge up front which I appreciated (it was half the price of GE and they couldn’t get out here for 2 days). He helped me move everything above my fridge so he could slide it out to work and within an hour my freezer was fixed. He was friendly, honest, and reasonable. I would use them again 100%. Thanks Jay and northshore for getting out here so quickly and for the great service!
