Dr. Jigna gets the highest marks in my book! She’s patient and takes the time to make sure her work is done accurately and thoroughly. The staff is over the top courteous that follows up well after treatment. Very flexible hours and I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from them!

My kids have been going to dental works for over 12 years (starting with my daughters braces) Nicole and Celeste are shining stars.
The services are pricy (imho) but the staff is courteous, they provide long service hours, and it is a one stop shop for everything from a simple cleaning to extractions and all the way up to orthodontia.

The hours are flexible but the dentists are terrible. They damage perfectly good teeth. Make sure you inform them well in advance that they need to inform you what service they will provide.

Before the annual dental cleaning there was no issue with any of the teeth but since then, I have terrible toothache.
They will damage your tooth and force you to eventually do a root canal or crowns.

BUYER BEWARE! The dentists are wonderful. The hours are great. The assistants constantly try to up-​sell you on everything, however. One year they demonstrated why I had to get an electric toothbrush. The next year they tried to sell it again then when I told them I got it and used it faithfully they changed their story and said they noticed a difference.
HERE’S THE IMPORTANT PART — their billing practices seem very shady! Their dental surgeon extracted my tooth and I was charged for a sinus puncture. Either that puncture happened and they did not inform me (which I doubt as I have terrible sinus issues and have had surgery on my sinuses so have definitely should have been informed and likely been prescribed antibiotics had that happened) or it didn’t happen and they were over charging. When I called to inquire they never called back but never sent another bill for that.
For my husband, he had work done in Nov of 2014 for which they gave him an estimate of $ 700 but it could run $ 200 — $ 300 over. We agreed to it. Much later in 2015 we received a bill over over $ 1000. I wrote them a letter disputing this and never heard back.
Late summer we received a letter from a collection agency which we disputed. It was for about half the amount. We wrote to the collection agency and let them know we had never received the invoice for that amount. Some time after we received a letter from the agency with a December dated including a copy of a December invoice which we also had not received.
At this point we are absolutely livid and since I work for an attorney we are now going to involve him.
I would so advise all looking for dentistry to avoid Dentalworks and that is a terrible shame because I just loved my dentist over there and the hours were so convenient. Nevertheless the bling practices should really be investigated and I will be sending a letter to the Better Business Bureau.

I love Dentalworks in Niles. Most recently I was there on June 2^nd. Dr. Pichetti is my regular dentist. I have been with him just over a year. He is very thorough with a good understanding of my health issues and medications. He explains the procedures beforehand and makes you feel comfortable. He takes his time and his assistant Nicole is a great asset to his team. If I need my blood pressure checked, hand holding, tissues or more suction she is right there on it. Celeste helps by explaining my bill so I can easily understand and she tries to accommodate me for my appointments. Everyone is so nice. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my general dentistry care.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! This dentist office underbid my dental work and then put me through a years worth of fighting with both them and my insurance company. They did not bill the same procedure as they originally quoted so insurance rejected it stating it was not medically necessary. I finally got insurance approval a year later and not one month later without even being given time to pay I received a notice from a collections agency. The office staff have poor follow up skills and never call me back within the promised «one business day.» If you work hard for your money like I do, be smart and go somewhere that they actually care about you!

Great office with very accommodating long hours. I been to many dentists before with luxurious office, but they were not as competent as Dr. Jigna Thakkar. I’m so thrilled that I found her. When she does any procedure it doesn’t hurt, due to her gentle touch. I recommended her to my good friend who was so thrilled of finding a nice competent dentist as well. I would recommend Dr. Jigna Takkar to anyone who is looking for a competent and caring, dentist!
