This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The girls who work there are EXTREMELY rude and didn’t seem to care to help nor greet me and when they finally did they practically pushed me out of the store. I suggest to go to any other store in your area if you want decent service.

Did not honor their Wireless Zone Return Policy that is stated on their website and is stated by employees while purchasing devices and accessories.
Avoid and go to an official Verizon store. Do not let yourself get scammed.
