While Skoah is known for their fantastic facials (everyone is great, especially Kit and Jamillah), they also have waxing services. I have gotten my brows waxed/​tweezed before but have never received as many compliments on my brows as I did after Kit did them! She’s like the brow whisperer. I have sensitive skin that gets irritated easily and Kit always makes sure to take care of my skin. The whole experience is lovely too and includes a relaxing massage.

I came here for the first time and will definitely go back. I was a little intimidated by the lady at the front desk but the woman who did my facial was sweet and wonderful. It was so relaxing (I had a «Facialicious») and my skin really looks a lot clearer. I plan to go back in six weeks for a FitSkin facial. There was no pressure to buy their (very pricey) line of skin products, thank goodness. Professional, pleasant place.

I so WISH I could give this place 10 stars. From the girl at the reception desk (super nice). To my fit skin expert Jamillah (ask for her). Jamillah’s hands are soft enough to be compared to a baby’s bottom! I had the fit skin facial, a glow, a few detoxes and a peel and all services were stellar. I assure you that if you go once you will NOT regret it. Not to mention the products that they recommend actually WORK. It’s not an upsell scheme like most spa environments. Go quick, fast and in a hurry you will NOT regret it. Also, anyone that you get is as equally trained and qualified to produce the same results as Jamillah.

Since I’m heading to LA for my birthday I needed to get a facial to look and feel radiant.
I received the «fitskin» facial and my skin feels amazing and has a nice glow.
Paulo works wonders for your skin and makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable when performing his magic so much so that I almost dozed off twice.
The atmosphere is super chill and relaxing while there’s a hint of soothing music softly playing in the background.
Before he starts he asks what your normal skincare régime is and as he’s performing the facial he gives you helpful tips and tricks on how to get your best skin ever. He also told me the story behind the Canadian plant based brand and what makes their products top notch. Let me tell you that the peppermint exfoliator/​skrub that doubles as an overnight mask was the star of the show. It left my skin tingling and feeling rejuvenated.
Question: Did you know that you shouldn’t use coconut oil and sugar as a face scrub? I was doing this before Paulo told me not to because it could possibly create micro tears in your skin and leave scarring. Wow, thanks a lot Youtube beauty channel for misguiding me.
Overall it was a great experience and I will be coming in monthly for my facial. I ended up purchasing a new refreshing toner (after finding out why I shouldn’t continue using witch hazel) and I plan on purchasing more in the near future. Paulo will write down the instruction on how to use whichever products you buy. In addition to wearing sunscreen and drinking plenty of water, it’s important to get facials to give your skin the TLC that it needs to stay healthy and fit.

Brittany was amazing! She walked me through everything she was doing and put together the perfect product line up for my skin. There was no pressure to buy and she couldn’t have been nicer. My skin looks great and you can’t beat the $ 10 off product if you book a second appointment.
Nice to find a skincare place that fits my busy schedule and you can pop in after work.

I went in for a FitSkin with Paulo and came out ashamed of my skin cleansing ritual. He was really knowledgeable and provided me with a great regimen that I am actually trying to follow. He never pressured me to purchase any products, but the way my skin felt after sold me on a few items. Go see Paulo!

Yesterday was the first time that I had a facial. To tell you the truth, it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! First when I walked in, I was greeted by the staff. They were so welcoming and pleasant. I filled out a brief survey and immediately was taken to the room to start my facial. Paulo was my aesthetician for the evening. He was phenomenal! He literally explained every product that he used on my skin and even gave recommendations based on my skin type. The vibe was very relaxing and enjoyable. Paulo was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. After my treatment, I was so pleased with my results, I purchased a couple of Skoah products. Yes, they have their own line of skin care products which I appreciate. I am now able to use these products daily. I would recommend Skoah for anyone interested in getting a facial :)

I love this place! I used to go to a small place in Chinatown – never again. Britney who is awesome explains everything she does, each step of the way. My skin has improved greatly, (I have been suffering from adult acne). Her product recommendations have been great and there is no pressure to purchase. Plus each time I rebook at the end of my appointment, I receive a $ 10 credit towards products at my next appointment. I recommend this place highly. Very relaxing, very clean, very professional.
