No, this is not a 5-star hotel by any stretch of imagination, but didn’t find the negative reviews on par with my experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was large, clean and looked updated with flat screen TV, carpet looked relatively new, and furniture appeared in good condition. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Quiet, no rowdy, obnoxious guests. No bugs. Breakfast was OK, could have been worse, but I suggest hitting up the nearby restaurants. I would stay here again.

The property is no longer a franchise partner with Best Western. The«motel» now goes by Red Coach Inn, which the locals when I told them where I was staying said you mean Red Roach Inn. The restaurant is closed and has been for some time I am told. The breakfast was a joke considering that a Braums is located next door and would at least be fresh. The city now has a Holiday Inn Express with a pool and a new Comfort Suites that also has a pool. I prepaid for my room or I would have left immediately. Rooms outdated. Furniture outdated. Under staffed.

$ 89 and an unusually lengthy check in process, especially for a Gold/Platinum guest. The room was ok, at best, with cheapish towels, sheets and furnishings overall. I am, for the record, comparing to other Best Westerns, not anything higher standard. The bathroom had mold in some places and the door would not shut without using force. The bath could use some deep cleaning at a minimum and some maintenance on top of that. Get some new silicone around the splash edges around the tub etc. This is a quiet location, that is a plus but other than that, I’m not impressed. $ 89 is over– priced as I could get a Hampton Inn at the same rate, and I’d know what quality to expect, which would not be anywhere near this. Shape up guys(or lower your price), and I might consider staying again.

20 times better than the Days Inn! The desk crew was extremely friendly, laughing/joking. They let me see my room before I booked it(due to a horrible experience over at the Days Inn(see my review over there)). The rate was$ 99/night, but I received the AAA rate of $ 89/night. It’s on older hotel, but was been recently renovated. New carpet and tiles in main areas and new carpet, beds, and some furniture in the guest rooms. The bathroom as a huge counter with double sinks. New toilet and large open shower. Indoor pool, hot tub, and game room. Free continental breakfast. Thank you, Gaylynne, for saving me from a horrible experience down the street!

Not what it used to be. This place appears to be in minimum maintenance mode. The restaurant is long gone. On my last visit, in a room facing the pool, there was an acoustic tile drop ceiling in the bathroom, including directly over the shower, and the curtain over the sliding door was damaged. When I first entered the room, the bedside lamps were both unplugged, and it went downhill from there. An ok place if you just need to sleep, but hardly worth $ 99.
