Purchased a Groupon for this salon. Made an appointment online and never received a confirmation. When I called, they had no idea who I was but I kept the appointment(which was Sat 10⁄3). Got to the salon, the doors were locked and the lights were out. It even listed that they’re supposed to be open today. I left a message on their voicemail. I understand that they may have had some sort of emergency, but I wasn’t notified.

For my review see what Suzanne E. wrote. My daughter’s experience was identical to her’s. I was truly impressed with the excellent customer service and their willingness to be sure that we were more than satisfied with our purchase of a keratin treatment. Even though we needed to come back a second time to fix the first keratin treatment, our experience in the salon(and even mine waiting for my daughter twice) was pleasant. I/We would go back for sure!

I love this salon. I had a Keratin treatment and the stylist gave me a pedicure as well, for free!!. What a treat! I’m also taking my daughter for her first Keratin treatment. I highly recommend this salon.

They did a wonderful job. The receptionist/co owner(Miriam I believe?) is fabulous and makes sure every customer has a good experience. I went in for a keratin treatment and Miriam was great to talk to during the 2 or 3 hours I was there. She even offered to pick me up something for lunch. My keratin treatment didn’t take properly and I was able to come in and have it done again free of charge without me having to put up a fight or anything. I give a 4 star rating due to having to come in a second time. This was my first time at the salon, but I would definitely go back. –Suzanne
