Horrible service. Staff can barely speak English let alone work in customer service. Donuts were stale and underwhelming.

Honestly not much to review about a dunkin. You want coffee, you go in and get coffee. However, every time I order a bagel w/cc they place it on the side.(thinking to myself ‘are they too lazy to make the full sandwich?’) As the green person I am, I hate waste. I ordered it on the bagel and this is what I received(see attached photos). Like another reviewer said ‘friendly manager, horrible staff’.

The staff is so friendly, I left my new iPhone at the counter and they kept it behind the register until I came to pick it up. They are usually out of munchkins, but the seating area is nice.

I go every morning because it’s close to my house. The manager is so friendly but the staff is horrible. They are slow and not friendly at all

So slow. They should know that with their location, especially during the morning rush, they should pick up the pace.

Right off Rt. 9, this Dunkin Donuts doesn’t have the best selection, but it’s much less busy than the other Dunkin Donuts locations in Newton, which can get really busy in the morning. One of the cool parts about this place is that they’ve been known to heavily price down the goodies when it gets late at night so that they don’t have to throw everything away before the next day. Somehow, this DD feels a little less safe than the others in the area and it’s definitely not as well lit. It’s a good place to just stop in, pick up, and bail if you’re responsible for the Box o’ Joe or the Munchkins at work that day, but the selection is just ok overall compared to other Dunkins in the area. You trade selection for speed at this one.
