In November I contracted through Mass Save to have Caddis insulate my house. Two weeks ago I received a call from ‘Dave’ at Caddis informing me that they were available to begin the job on Monday – two days hence. I returned Dave’s call the following morning and received no response that day. I called Dave on two more occasions in the ensuing days and still got no response. Here it is two weeks later and I have yet to hear back from Caddis. I called Mass Save to complain about Caddis’s failure to respond to my calls and now they are in the process of finding me another contractor. Two months wasted in the process! I certainly hope that Caddis’s work is of a higher quality than their responsiveness to potential customers. This disappointed potential customer has gone elsewhere.
