Can I give them no stars? «Dawn» or «Don» (might be a Bruce Jenner) was way rude and disrespectful to my wife, not to mention screwed us out of $ 100 in application fees by not giving a legitimate reason for denial. Look elsewhere on the coast. These guys are crooks and their office smells like an ashtray.
