I am trying to leave no stars. Horrible, horrible service! I had a beautiful yard before I hired them and now my yard looks like crap! Never had a problem with weeds and it was thick and lush. Now it is a joke. Two years in a row they aerated and destroyed my sprinkler system. I have had a enough and I cancelled the service. Don’t let big names fool you!

I think I’ve got battered husband syndrome. For some reason I thought TruGreen would change.
After a tumultuous 5 year relationship, I finally broke up with them. After a year of handling it myself, I became very busy, and grimaced as I picked up the phone to dial.
I prepaid for the year, and waited. And waited. And waited. 3 weeks later I called to say «Oh wait, you mean you haven’t changed?» They promised a manager would call.
I just cancelled after 3 days of waiting-​for-​a-​manager-​to-​call.
As that Poltergiest lady said «This house is clean» Good riddance. Blech.
