Andrea was super helpful. We have a beach rental in Yachats and needed several new pieces of furniture. Roby’s had a great selection and good prices. The delivery was easy & quick.

We’ve been living in Newport for 16 years. About 5 years ago, our dishwasher died and our busy family of five had dishes piling up everywhere. My husband and I went into Roby’s and they made us a really great deal on a floor model dishwasher that was nicer than we expected to purchase for that price. That same day, they delivered it and had our household back up and running at full speed!
Recently, we gutted and completely remodeled our kitchen. We bought all new appliances from Roby’s, except our dishwasher, and Kyle & Andrea met with us and helped us select appliances based on our needs and how we use our appliances. Their customer service was excellent all the way through; from helping us select appliances, storing them until we needed them, answering many questions so our custom cabinets would accommodate perfectly, troubleshooting an issue with our fan hood by crawling through our attic, and making sure we were completely satisfied. We felt they truly cared about doing the best job possible.
