I love Fazoli’s !! Thank goodness they are everywhere as we travel for a living. We were headed to sushi when we saw this and immediately got in left lane and turned in! I always get baked Spag with meat sauce, BF got the Divenchy Sammy (sauce, meatballs & peperoni). He finally let me have a bite. It was really good too. Well and of course the to die for breadsticks… Endless natch! Till next time.

Good food, good service, and overall good but not great. Nothing really stands out neither good or bad

Fazolis has always been a fan favorite with our crew of kids, and you cant beat the prices of their kids meals and/​or the 5 dollar lunch meals (both come with a drink) along with their unlimited refills on their buttery garlic infused breadsticks (of which my kids are CRAZY about). Although I have only been to this location a few times, we as a family have left happy and pleased with the overall experience.
The staff is for the most part friendly and helpful. The eatery itself is most often clean and well maintained from the 2 – 3 times we’ve been there. Fazolis as a whole tries to set themselves apart from your regular mainstream fast food joint with the added luxury of having your meal served to your table (though your order is taken and paid for at the front like most fast food eateries), as well as the meal being served to you on modern décor type plates and the usage of silverware as well (rather then plasticware). The food itself is good… we typically get the spaghetti with meat sauce, the twice baked spaghetti, and the twice baked lasagna… all good and thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family. When I just asked my kids what are the first thoughts that come to their mind when I say the word, «fazolis», and they all said in unison «BUTTERY breadsticks, ahhhh»

The food and the unlimited bread sticks are fantastic. The Best!!! Staff is friendly and make sure you have enough bread sticks.

Found this place just recently and have been very impressed every time I come here. Food is good, people are friendly, and the seating area is always clean. Prices are competitive and they even have a drive thru for pick up orders. Also, complimentary breadsticks are delicious.

Good Italian fast food restaurant served table side. This place is packed! With this many people, it must be good. Not disappointed with them. Taste just as it should. They even have a $ 5 lunch deal!

Nothing to write home about BUT the breadsticks are amazing! Just as good as olive garden’s! The pasta is just ok, underseasoned/​bland. The service is quick and the food is always piping hot! Just not my favorite option at the end of the day!

Place has gone downhill. Service and quality of food not what it use to be nor what I think the CEO intends. This place has become just another fast food place ran by amatures. Food got me sick twice, not going back.

I love it. Unlimited bread sticks, usually great service, reasonable prices… what’s not to love? No its not gourmet fine dining food but its a good value for its price.

I’ve passed this place for 2 ½ years and finally went in yesterday. They have a drive thru, and inside is like a fast food counter. Your order your food, and when it’s done someone brings it out to you. The staff was very friendly and professional. One of the managers however was not. She is short with blond hair. She kept joking around with the person who was taking our order. He was very on point though, and kept his focus on us.
As for the food, we ordered the Ultimate sampler (lasagna, spaghetti, penne and fettuccine alfredo), and the Spicy sampler (lasagna, spicy italian sausage penne and spicy chicken fettuccine alfredo). The Ultimate sampler was super good. The chicken on the Spicy sampler however, was cold and dry. They have unlimited breadsticks and even walked around with a basket to bring us more. They are piping hot, soft and buttery. We got 2 samplers, 1 slice of pizza and 1 drink for $ 19. We even had a to go container because they give so much.
We will definitely return, and I would recommend this place for quick Italian food. Btw, we only waited about 5 minutes for our food after we ordered.

Well best part about this place is the $ 5 lunch special where you get a drink, unlimited breadsticks & two half portioned menu options. It is a sufficient amount of food. The breadsticks are always garlicky & amazing most of the time soft too the way I personally love them. I generally get the Alfredo due to my allergies & the Alfredo’s either mediocre or down right amazing. Best Alfredo I’ve had though is when you get the combo of it which is a full portion in a bowl versus a half on a plate. Other then that they have one manager, Christine, whom is amazing. Other staff there is friendly & we’ve had exceptional help there & other times it’s been just okay. Overall it is a great experience.

I did a lunch for a small office and ordered of of their family meal. The office wanted breadsticks and hands down this place has the best. The portions seemed small and things like chicken for the Alfredo was an up charge. I think for the price it is ok. As someone who caters lots I don’t think the price point is the best for the serving size. Also catering presentation needs a lil bit more attention.
On the plus side. They were kind. Hospitable. Prepared everything as ordered. It was hot. Looked good. Etc.
I would do it it again if requested.

I am dropping my review down to 3. I was really impressed a few weeks ago so me and my decided to come back this since our house was empty and we didn’t want to cook. The breadsticks were still great but my chicken Parm tasted like it was cooked in a microwave.

Not very fast. :/​The girl was nice but seemed overwhelmed. No waiting when i pulled up to the drive thru but as we pulled put 4 cars waiting.
Food was good though.

Tried Fazoli’s for the first time today and I enjoyed it! I LOVED THE BREAD STICKS! They had to literally stop me from eating more. I think I had 5 or 6? It was that good! I ordered the Chicken Carbonara and it was great! It was a generous serving and creamy.
My sister ordered a pasta with sausage and tomato based sauce, I forgot the name. It was okay. The staff was really nice and accommodating!
The overall experience was not extraordinary but I give it 5 stars just for their bread sticks! I will be back to try their pizza!

Stopped in for lunch on a Monday afternoon with my toddler son. I used to go to Fazoli’s all the time but haven’t lived near one for at least 6 – 7 years, so I was excited to see one after moving here! They had a choose 2 for $ 4 lunch menu that was a great deal. I was hoping they’d still have the dollar menu they once had but that’s gone. My toddler had bowtie pasta and gobbled it up (he is usually very picky and a slow eater)! I enjoyed a slice of pizza with spaghetti and meat sauce. It’s not 5 star food, but for the price it was great! Even better than I would expect. They still serve breadsticks with all meals, and even though they gave us more than we needed I was also happy to see they come by your table to offer more as you’re eating (I had to turn them down, unfortunately)! Best of all was the service. Everyone was incredibly friendly and the food came out hot and very promptly. My husband has never been to Fazoli’s but I will definitely bring him here soon!
