Sweet goods, Yummy snow drink. Pricey but soooo delicious. Try the snow cone treat, melts in your mouth like the Hawaiian snow cones and is awesome with toppings!

I stumbled upon this place as I was getting lunch the other day. I give it two stars because the décor is nice, and the staff is friendly. The cupcakes on the other hand were dry and stale, and the frosting tasted like it was store bought, which was so disappointing. I love cupcakes; sadly these just aren’t worth it.

I am not someone who typically writes reviews except on the rare occasion that I feel that an excellent product or service was granted and I believe the business deserves recognition. This time however is different. My experience with Wonderland Bakery can be best described in one word«HORRIFIC»! I ordered my client gifts from them and spent $ 50.00 per box of 3 cookies plus shipping which was pricey to begin with. However, management assured me the gift boxes would be impressive. What was sent to my clients was not what I ordered and they looked like my 10 year old niece decorated the cookies and packaged them with a box and wrappings from a cheap craft store. It was probably the most negative business transaction I have ever experienced. I would NEVER recommend this company to anybody for anything!!!

The gluten free cupcakes are not that good, I would rather go to Sprinkles but their gluten free chocolate cookie was LIT. The customer service was over the top. I didn’t like that they make you buy a minimum of $ 10 with a credit/debit transaction.

This place is horrible. Dry tasteless cupcakes and very overpriced. Oh by the way… the staff is rude and they’ll inform you of a supposed $ 10 minimum purchase requirement to use your card. It’s 2016 people get a damn clue. I don’t understand how they’re still there.

Aimee and the Wonderland team made beautiful branded cookies for a gala I organized and came highly recommended by another local non-profit. They extended a generously discounted rate and produced a beautiful product. Plus, the entire team was so great to work with. Definitely will reorder!

I give this place two stars based in their friendly staff and cute décor. Unfortunately I went in today to get a treat, got a piece of cake and cupcake($ 13) both of which were very stale and dry. Seems like they had been on the shelf for quite a while, very disappointing.

This place only gets one star for the décor. That’s all! The cupcakes were crap! They were dry and the frosting tasted like chemicals. My mom and I are bakers so naturally we like to try different bakeries and we have never not liked a place until now. The prices are stupid for how gross and disappointing the cupcakes were. Now we know why their other store went out of business within three months! I work hard for my money so I feel like I was jipped! Wish I could get a refund and untaste the disappointing cupcakes! If you want to waste your money by all means go for it!

I’ve always thought this place was more for visual appeal than taste… I’m happy to say that I was wrong. This Easter, my husband treated me to cupcakes, Rice Krispies treats, and frosted cookies from here and every single one was a 10. Cheers to many more treats to come!

I’m surprised this place has negative reviews. It’s not bad, pricey but it is in Newport. The cookies and cupcakes are huge so I think you get your money’s worth. The white chocolate raspberry cookie is delicious and not overly sweet. I think it’s a good spot if you’re craving something sweet and are in the area!

Meh. My daughter and I stopped by after lunch in the same strip mall. For $ 12.50 we got a cupcake, brownie bar and a small sea salt chocolate peanut buttercup(think mini Reese cup but not as good). The desserts were stale and not very good at all. I don’t oppose the price of the items if they were decent but really the quality was such a huge disappointment. The décor of the shop was cute. The person helping us was pleasant but the food was not worth it. I’m not sure how they are still in business. Perhaps their custom cakes are really good? I though won’t order on based on my visit.

Vegan ice cream. It’s hard to find in OC, other than sugary sorbets. But I just had the mint snow shaved ice and loved it! Even though it was a sorbet and shaved ice, there was a bit of a «creamy» consistency. The perfect sweetness and so refreshing. It reminded me of a favorite ice cream I have long left behind along with other dairy products, mint chip. Why not 5 stars? There seem to be no vegan toppings. This one would be amazing with some vegan dark chocolate chips! A couple notes… bring a friend because there’s a $ 10 minimum credit card charge. The small is $ 5.95. Also, they don’t give samples. There were 2 other vegan flavors, but I think I’ll stick with the mint. That one is a winner.

Tried the snow, and it was decent, though they were out of strawberries. It was overpriced too.

THENERVE! Don’t believe any of the one star reviews. So offensive. Wonderland is the happiest, yummiest place around. You walk in the door and it immediately feels like you got glitter bombed by Pinkie Pie herself. If you don’t know Pinkie Pie I feel bad for you son, I got 99 problems but a cupcake aint one!

This is by far one of the best cupcake shops around! The atmosphere is fantastic as soon as you walk in the door you are transported to a wonderland is sweets. They offer parties for kids from 1 – 100 and while I haven’t experienced one in person they look like fun. I have tried their red velvet and it was fantastic! I bought a frog character cookie for my mother and she thought it was scrumptious. They also offer various gift bags trays etc for any occasion you could thinking. Prices are a bit high but well worth it!

We were early for dinner at Wildfish and when we pulled in the parking lot saw Wonderland… anyone who know me would say I have a thing for Alice in Wonderland, so this was a definite stop. I had never heard of this place before. So, the wife and I go in and there were so many wonderful things, we ended up spending $ 44 on deliciousness. Everything was amazing. We got a 12 pack of mini-cupcakes, 2 big cupcakes, a lemon bar, couple cookies, and a cake pop. We immediately devoured the cake pop right there in the store, dessert first. It was fabulous, she took a bite and it was moist and firm, I took a bite and it was really, really good, and still remained on the stick for the third bite. So I don’t know what people are talking about it crumbling apart. I will be honest, I do not like cupcakes that are more frosting than cake, like Disney makes. These cupcakes are not that way, There is just the right amount of frosting for the cupcake, and they are scrumptious. It did not go without noticing the music playing was Disney music. I have been to a number of Cupcake shops and none have been better than these, in fact I had the opportunity to have cupcakes that won the challenge on Food Network’s «Cupcake Wars» and these were better. For all the whiners that are giving a 1 and 2 star reviews, maybe you should get out more. Most cupcakeries suck so badly they are closed within months of opening and they have been around for 6 years. Interesting that there are 6 reviews on Unilocal totally a 3 star average, and 46 reviews on Facebook totaling 4.5 stars… And for those whining about price, Sprinkles gets away with charging double for smaller cupcakes.

I was surprised last week with a cookie reward from Wonderland Bakery. Getting a cookie at work may not sound like anything special, but this Wonderland Cookie was a Beast of a Cookie as thick as any cookie I’ve every had. Not only was the individually-wrapped cookie huge; it was loaded. I’m not sure the name of the cookie — so I’ll call it a Monster Mash of Chocolate Chunks and Peanut Butter … with a colorful array of Candy Chips. It was as hefty as it looked and probably packed a mind-blowing amount of calories. No worries, it was Friday and I needed a cookie … bring on this super-size cookie and all its calories to get the weekend started. The cookie was pretty good. I’d say 3.5 stars. Not quite great and not just average. I have no idea how much it cost, but I’m guessing it was worth the smile it brought at the end of a stressful work week.
