The shopping center is very nice. It was run down but they got in some new tenants and it is now nice. It is owned by the Irvine Company, which brought in some decent stores in the past two years. It was not where I shopped for about 8 years. Now there is Kriser’s Pet Store, which is wonderful. They have great service and healthy dog food and treats. Ulta is a plus for cosmetics. CVS is a CVS. It is good to have a nice artisan bakery. I was excited to see that Pandor had crepes. All the crepes listed were high in calories, because of whipped cream, lots of chocolate, and nutella. I asked if I could special order; «yes,» was the reply. I ordered a crêpe with bananas, strawberries, a little chocolate only. I got the Romeo and Juliet with nutella, chocolate, whipped cream and bananas and strawberries. So they went from 500 calories to about 800 calories. That was not what I wanted. Three of us ate it. It was tasty, but I would have rather had what I originally ordered. I think if they serve what you order this place could be a gem. I would go back. but I would emphasize that I want only bananas and strawberries on my crêpe. A crêpe with a little fromage would be delicious too. This shopping center in its bast days had a Heidi’s frozen yogurt. The Irvine Company needs to get a yogurt shop, like America’s Cup, to move into the center. Take the kids to dinner at the Counter, Pandor or Zpizza or Pick Up Stix then pick up the prescriptions at CVS and groceries at Ralph’s while the kids get their frozen yogurt(at a yogurt shop that is not going to super size your kid by giving them a bucket to fill up with frozen yogurt; many of the yogurt stores take frozen yogurt which can be a low– calorie-dessert option and provide your kid with a 24 ounce cup so they can consume about 400 to 500 calories, instead of the classic 4oz to 6 oz option of 100 calories to 120 calories. This center has good parking so it could handle the constant flow of customers.

They’ve got most of what you need here, aside from a gas station. Pharmacy, market, coffee, quick restaurants, banks, and some specialty shops. Free wifi in the whole center!

Laura is amazing and I’m so happy that I found this place. Laura is great with deep tissue therapy and has made an incredible improvement with my neck and back pain. Thank you Laura!!!

Plain ordinary Irvine Company strip mall. Anchor stores and businesses are CVS, Ralphs, Ace Hardware, Bank of America, Chase. A few other stores include the Counter, Krisers, Pick up stix, GNC, Chronic Tacos, Pandor, Z Pizza, Pandor, and a mailbox store. Also some exercise(pilates and fitness) and Massage Envy. Sort of an all in one stop, but nothing truly stands out. I do like Krisers and go to CVS a lot, but rarely go to the others. It is, however, in a nice area, has plenty of parking, and can be a good anchor to explore other shops around. Wish I could offer more…
