wev’e had three other co’s come out to our place in order to do what we thought was a resonably simple rewire and amplifier replace. It never happened, called Phil two day’s ago, he showed up on time, stuck to his earlier quote, and fixed everything. No more electrical problem’s for me… Call Phil!!! Thank’s Phil.

Phil came out 3 times to completely change over our AV system, surround sound, and universal remote control. During each visit, Phil designed the remote so that it would fit our personal needs. The process was time consuming, but totally worth it. He also had to replace components as they were 15 years old. We feel that he did not «gouge» us but that he was honest and changed only components that need changing. If you get an integrated system be sure to know that all components must be designed to work with the universal remotes and be digital.
