Maltaise Cini did an excellent job of keeping me informed throuout the entire duration of my trial and thereafter. She is very straight forward, which I appreciate. She answered all of my questions whether they be through phone call and or email. She kept me in the loop as I was very nervous and confused as to what was happening next. She was kind and considerate of my feelings. I hired her to also expunge 4 cases of mine and they ended up being lengthy and I was a impatient. So I would check in on occasion and she would let me know and keep me up to date and as soon as all was clear she congratulated me and all was said and done. She is very professional and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Maltaise Cini was one of the nicest Attorneys I have ever met. When I was calling around frantically looking for an Attorney to help me get my baby back they all wanted way to much money. She was so sincere in wanting me to get my baby back she offered to allow me to make payments with a down payment. When it came to the case and court she really knew what was going on and kept me informed every step in the process. I would recommend her 100% sometimes I still call her for advice lol but she gives it to me she is a truly caring women and it shows.

One of my family members found Ms. Cini and she called me very promptly about my misdemeanor charge. I gave her my statement over the phone and she did a great job explaining what the worst possible case could be, but since it was my first offense, she told me that I would most likely have a better outcome. She always responded to me emails quickly and called me to check in often to make sure I understood everything that was going on with my case. Speaking in behave of my brother (currently hospitalize) who was dealing with a very difficult case that he was not sure how to approach (wasn’t aware of his rights), Mrs Cini overheard his case in court and while on break she approached my brother and advised him from what she heard from the judge, the outcome wasn’t looking good. She offered her services to help. She went into details and with her knowledge and experience my brother received from the judge, a much better outcome.

I located Ms. Cini on AVVO and she returned my call promptly. She was helpful from the very beginning after being charged with two misdemeanors and I had never had any issues with the law she reassured me and provided me with detailed information on possible outcomes. My case seemed to be drawn out due to the information provided by law enforcement and the DA’s office but considering the facts around my case and person involved she was able to have 2 charges dismissed and I agreed to plea to a lesser charge of disturbing the peace. In the end it could have been a lot worse and she succeeded to provide great results. Of course a total dismissal would have been great but it wasn’t possible. She is professional and reliable. She also returns calls and emails in a timely manner. If I ever need to hire a lawyer again (which hopefully I do not) I will definitely contact Ms. Cini for her assistance and legal advice. I didn’t really understand what was going on or why I might be getting in trouble, but Maltaise Cini took the time to explain it to me. She was available to me at all hours, happy to help, explained exactly what was going on, why, when and possible outcomes.
I feel that she not only did an excellent job representing me, but also in keeping me informed as to what was going on.
This experience would have been months of stress, wondering and crying if it weren’t for all the time that she took to get me through the process.
