I had contacted Brandon about doing my 2014 taxes after I heard some great things from a neighbor. All was great and we kept in touch. There was some miscommunication and I admit that I should have kept better tabs on the filing. However, when I found out that my 2014 taxes were NOT filed, I emailed Brandon and asked him about it. He told me that I had not paid him anything for him to proceed. I apologized and I researched my emails for any invoice/​payment request and I did not find anything. Instead of being upset, I apologized and told Brandon it must have been a mistake on both of our ends for not keeping tabs on this. It’s not my style to not pay an invoice. I asked him to research his emails/​invoices to see if he had in fact requested payment. There was no record of him asking for payment from me. Again I apologized for the mix up and I asked him if he could still do my taxes. I called his office and his assistant took my number and she said Brandon would call me back. He sent my an email saying, «I will pass on preparing your taxes.»
Seriously Brandon? What a coward… Grow a spine and call me directly! Again… I admit it was miscommunication on both of us but you need to grow a pair and call back. Whatever… All I can do is note my experience with your company and your customer service. I was as nice as I could be and I, yes the customer, offered you payment to resolve this to get the taxes filed.
There are tons of tax people out there. Choose wisely! If Brandon does not call you, maybe he is afraid!

If you are in need of a tax man, then you want to call Brandon Kissen asap!!! He has been doing mine & also my brothers for several years, and this guy is a real pro, not to mention a whiz, and also a very nice man! Don’t usually write reviews, but had to in this case!

Really enjoy doing my taxes with Kisco Kd! Brandon has been doing my taxes for a few years now and he’s great. Always very personable and always has a smile on his face. Don’t have anything bad to say.
