Traci has helped me and my family in so many ways! First by getting me on track with my nutrition and fitness. She has held me accountable in making smart choices and creating a workout routine. I am so thankful for the day I found Traci. She has had such a positive impact on my life that I can’t say enough good about her. You don’t have to be local to take advantage of this woman’s expertise! From over 600 miles away Traci helped guide my fitness journey with nutrition tips and workout routines. I’m an avid runner but was looking to improve my fitness regimen as a whole. I got more than I ever expected out of joining her accountability group. Traci identified a fitness program that I was able to do at home and incorporate with my training schedule through 2 marathons. My last marathon I improved my average mile by one minute, that is HUGE. She worked with me to look at my food intake and see where I was cutting myself short. After taking her advise, I got so much stronger. I used to leave the gym shaking or come home from a long run wrecked tired. Now that I know how to properly fuel my body, I feel so much better and my performance has improved greatly. Another unexpected surprise was the feeling of camaraderie and support I enjoyed being part of a group focused on health and fitness. I was used to going it alone and had no idea the impact of having people believe in my and root me on would be so immense.
