Today I was in Orange County visiting a friend and stopped at Starbucks at Eastbluff for my favorite coffee drink! The lady that waited on me was so friendly and happy that I felt good all day! Her name is Martha and I wish all the Starbucks had someone like her.

The friendliest Starbucks around. Tim heads up a great crew at any time. They honor all the apps and promotions and fix great stuff.
We try to go every day and lounge in the nice patio in the Eastbluff center. Try it!

This Starbucks is inside Ralph’s and while it may be small, the employees are friendly and helpful. I got notified by email that a «free drink» already added to my app. Today was the last day to use it. It was on my phone this morning and gone when I went to use it. Really? I have yet to use the app since it has never worked once for me. Maybe next time – third time’s the charm ???
Anyway, I showed John M. the email and he honored the «free drink» reward. Thank you John for being so nice to me. I really appreciate it!!!

This is the easiest Starbucks to go to since its across from my sons school and its in the Ralphs so parking is easy and you can do some quick shopping at the same time. The baristas at this location are the best too, a few are pretty dry and not much life in them but Sam or Sanam are my favorite, they always remember our drinks, always friendly and quick making the drinks too. Only issue could be if you arrive right around the time the high schoolers have a morning break, they come in droves and if you get there after them you will find 15 of them in line in front of you, which usually means I walk back out and go to another location, otherwise any other time this is my fav Starbucks.

Slow slow slow slow! You would think they would add some employees on the weekends in the morning! With all the soccer games nearby it took 30 minutes to get a coffee!

— convenience: it is within a Ralph’s Fresh Fare
— have a student ID? get a discount
.the discount comes out to a venti for a grande price, etc.
— not that much human traffic. personalized
CONS:
— they don’t take the starbucks card (no points)
— normally only one or two people working= slower service
— they charge for extra syrup, etc. (because they don’t accept the sbucks loyalty card)
