Can I give a 0? This doctor is WAY too over booked. I waited for over an hour to be seen, and waited even longer in the patient room. When it came to billing, I called in on how to pay for it and they called back and left me a voice mail saying to call their biller directly to make a credit card payment. I did so, and then received a call from that biller saying the Drs office does not take credit cards. When I called their office, the man I spoke to try to make me seem like I was the idiot, WHENHEWASTHEONETHATLEFTMETHEVOICEMAILSAYINGTOCALLTHEBILLERANDPAYWITHCARD. My advice to you, STEPOUTOFTHESTONEAGES. Rude staff, horrible bed side manor of the DR. Save some time and find another, this office is a joke.

Dr has very little Time for patients and he always looks at the notes and never in your eyes. Really poor bedside manner. Is closed on Wednesdays, and half days on Friday so he is unbelievably hard to get a hold of. Getting his staff to follow up with you on a simple prescription refill is like pulling teeth. You have to schedule an appt to have a simple RX called in to CVS! The staff is absolutely completely incompetent and continually put barriers up when it comes to getting any of your medical records, etc(to make an appointment to see the doctor to get your reports, etc.) They actually lost my medical records that I provided them on a DVD. The wait for an appointment is always 4 – 6 weeks bc they see so many HMO patients. Typical HMO experience… too many patients and very little time for patients. On the bright side the doc is very nice, and does issue the referrals you need for your treatment.
