On Thursday evening I strained my neck and back shooting some hoops. Woke up in morning in pain like you could not believe with absolutely no range of motion in my upper body. I had to physically lift my head off the bed with my hand behind my head as it was physically impossible to get up otherwise. (Almost cried in pain trying to get myself out of bed) Called in for an appointment with Aurora, thankfully she had one spot available in the afternoon.
Had a friend drop me off at Posture Logic. Getting in and out of the car was no easy task mind you. During the hour session, she was able to work out the muscle tension and the areas around it. Thoroughly explaining what may have the caused the issue and suggesting solutions that could prevent future issues.
I now know why everyone mentions her healing touch. She is genuinely concerned for her clients and does everything in her power to help! Immediately after the session with Aurora I had some range of motion back! The next half day there was a good amount of muscle soreness however by Saturday night I had full range of motion in my neck. Thank you so much Aurora!!:) You are the best!

I’ve gotten a few 90-​minute full body massages from Aurora and have been quite pleased how she gave good balance for my muscle groups. She gave a few good suggestions on stretches and massages via foam roller that I could do on my own time. I’d still be going if I still worked around the Orange County area.

Wow! Holy Hands!!! Aurora is a-​mazing at what she does. She was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. The room was really tranquil with a great color scheme, relaxing music and perfect lighting. She made sure the pressure was right and I was comfortable throughout the massage. I was shocked by how strong her hands were and have never had to ask a masseuse to lessen the pressure until today. Needless to say, it was the best massage I have ever had, and I’ve had quite a few. She has several specialities including trigger point therapy, reflexology and lymph drainage. My right shoulder has bothered me for years and she worked her magic to relieve the tension. After the session she showed me new ways to use a foam roller so I can relieve some trigger points at home. I wish she lived in SF, if she did I would see her every week. The BEST massage session I have EVER experienced!!! As soon as you meet Aurora you can tell that she really loves what she does. Best massage that I have ever had! I have had somewhere between 10 – 20 massages in my life and I usually leave feeling good but not really excited to go back. I tend to go from therapist to therapist. That all changed when I got a Massage from Aurora at Posture Logic. I entered a well decorated tranquel room and was welcomed by Aurora. I got into a very comfortable massage table/​bed. It was heated and relaxing music was playing. Aurora enter and asked what I was feeling. At this point my neck had been killing me for over a week (I’m a Dentist so it is work related). The massage that I received was unlike I had ever experienced before. She knew exactly where to place pressure and exactly how hard. It was honestly the best I had felt in weeks! I highly reccomend Aurora at Posture Logic to anyone that is interested in a Massage therapist with a passion and skill for what she does. 5 Stars!!!
