Newport Office Center helped our startup with our very first office. Kristine and the team were always courteous and professional. Can’t beat the bay views! I’d recommend to any new business looking for a spot for meetings.

I am a tenant at Newport Office Center. The location is perfect for me and my clients. The meeting rooms are beautiful. My space is cleaned daily as are the public spaces. It is a pleasure to come to work everyday. I have not had the same experience as those giving negative reviews. Nothing but good here for me.

I’ve been a tenant of Newport Office Ctr for a long time. The location is very nice, so they have that going for them. The office is nicely decorated, so they have that going for them. If I had it to do over, I would have gone somewhere else though. As of now, July 2015, the staff at the reception desk is nowhere near the quality and professionalism they used to hire. I remember a time they were very attentive and greeted you by name when you walked in — even if it was someone you had never seen before. How they knew everyone’s name like that always amazed me; It was truly impressive! It definitely made the tenant feel special and you knew that if you had clients come in, they would be equally impressed. That was then. This is now; Now they don’t even look up. The reception staff is not rude, just inattentive. The Office Manager on the other hand… she is unprofessional and rude. Rude to employees, tenants, mail carriers, you name it. It’s absolutely unacceptable. Completely unprofessional. I thought the last manager was on a «power trip,» but this new one is even worse, so there clearly is no longer anyone with corporate qualifications running the ship. If I had it to do over, we would have gone elsewhere. Keep in mind, when you start a new business, think carefully about where you set yourself up, address wise. It’s a complete hassle to change everything once your address is on file with all the state and federal agencies, your business license, bank accounts, and whatever else you have used it on, such as print work or products. Had there been a place for tenants to complain, aside from the office manager, I would have gone that route. But I don’t see anywhere else to go, so here it goes on Unilocal in the hopes that the owner sees this and maybe they can restore this center to what it once was. If my staff treated our customers and vendors this poorly, I would absolutely want to know.

This location is beautiful for hosting offsite meetings. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because it’s also the staff that make it a pleasant place and while most of the staff are awesome there’s always that one outlier… I met her this morning:(
