Mini U Storage is a nice, clean and appears to be a safe property. While overall I am very happy with the service, the reason I am giving four stars is that in the first year, expect your rates to go up unannounced.
The property manager was very nice in petitioning against the rate increase but future customers need to be aware of this practice.

I contacted them originally to rent a Penske moving truck. They didn’t have truck available however they offered up their truck. The price was better than anywhere pretty much. Erin and John are so kind and helpful and will work with you in any circumstance. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making my move so much easier.
