Everyone was so personable and my massage therapist, Arlene, was one of the best massage therapists I’ve been to in years. She has a natural gift and I left thinking I’d be in here every week if I didn’t live two hours away!

This place is great. Very clean, friendly, professional staff at the front, easy to schedule an appointment. Their therapists are great. I’ve started seeing Chris. I never appreciated deep tissue massage before, but he is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive. He takes his time to really get to the problem areas and work them out, and educates you on how to maintain/​prolong the benefits of the massage. Highly recommended.

Sarah K. was phenomenal for while I was in recovery for my injury. I have now been going to Chris for working out my kinks while I’m strengthening again and he is incredible as well! I can’t say enough good things about both of them! I haven’t had any customer service mishaps since that one awhile ago and the front desk staff is always friendly :)

I absolutely love this place. I have been going to massage heights since they opened back in 2010 (?) and although I have had a few not-​so-​great massage therapists, they have been far and few in between. My favorites are Arlene and Kohei. Arlene gives a really deep tissue massage, I try to go at least once a week due to my daily exercise schedule. What sets her apart from the rest is her ability to really listen to your current needs. She is very strong, but for days when I need just a relaxing but still firm massage, she delivers.
The front desk staff are very friendly. They call you for reminders a day prior to your scheduled massage and are very professional. I’d like to give a shout out to John for always being so nice and friendly.
I love the feeling I get when I come to this place.

I have been a client at massage heights for a few years now. I love this place and Luana is my #1 go to massage therapist. She’s so sweet and has an extremely welcoming and calming personality. When having a massage she makes sure I am as comfortable as possible and creates a relaxing experience every time. She’s able to listen to my needs and focus on my problem areas, she clearly has many years of experience. After every massage I feel relaxed, relieved muscle soreness and a reduction in stress all thanks to Luana! She’s a knowledgeable massage therapist with great techniques. I would recommended her to all!

I have been going to Massage Heights almost since it opened its door and had work done by various massage therapists some better than others. Unfortunately it seemed that as soon as I found someone I liked that person would leave. A few weeks ago I was back to square one — the person I liked left. So the front desk recommended Nikki. I lift weighs, run, play tennis, do some crossfit, ski, etc so I really wanted someone who understands what an active person needs. I have to say Nikki was the BEST MASSAGE THERAPIST ever. First of all she is petite but very strong and being from Thailand she incorporates some unique Thai massage elements. She actually walks on you and many times sits on the table while she massages. She can get into very unusual angles and can target the muscles from a very different side. She uses her foot sometimes to massage, her elbows, her forearms and every move is very efficient, strong and powerful. I don’t know how she can be so creative and unique in her approach but I hope she stays on and I can enjoy her amazing massages. I highly recommend her as I have never met anyone with the same style, knowledge, creativity and energy.

I have been a member at Massage Heights for many years. Chris is great, he always finds painful spots on my body and makes me feel better when he is done. If you are looking for a deep pressure, knowledgeable therapist, Chris is amazing.

Chris is great! He has improved my mobility and relieved my neck and low back pain. I just went this past week with low back pain and he was able locate the problem muscles and eliminate the pain.

I had an amazing massage by Arlene and looking forward to many more. She focused on the areas where I was sore and tight. Staff was very nice and friendly. Great place and experience

I have been a member of Massage Heights — Newport since 2012. I book with Arlene bi-​weekly due to my office and work-​out over achieving. Arlene keeps me in check with her generous, amazing deep tissue massage. She is extraordinary, spot on with her detail and her knowledge and with her practice.
She is without a doubt one of the best deep tissue sports educated massage therapists in the OC!

Love this massage heights because of Arlene! She does an incredible deep tissue/​sports massage. She is knowledgeable and is always improving her craft and using new techniques. the credit card use there is deceptive. The massage was terrible.

Luana is the best! I have had many massages in the past and Luana is by far the best with pressure, I fell asleep multiple times ;)
