I came here to get a hinged knee brace prescribed by my orthopedic surgeon. There was some miscommunication between my surgeon’s office regarding my appt at the orthotics clinic. The staff here at Hanger adapted amazingly! Helena and Steven got me in and out with a comfortable brace within 20 mins and helped avoid any unnecessary delays. Outstanding customer service! I came here to get a knee brace on the recommendation of my orthopedist. Probably because this is a specialized office, it’s not very busy. There were no other patients there when I was in, so I didn’t have to wait at all. Everyone was really nice both on the phone and in person, and they took their time working with me, even answering questions that weren’t related to my knee. While you may not have a choice of clinics for your medical device needs (if you’re like me; my insurance assigned me to this clinic), you shouldn’t have any qualms about coming here.
