Goodlife Sales is very deceptive and unprofessional company. The sale they handled in Whittier that began 10/16/2014(today) was sold before the doors opened. I will never visit another of their sales again and I will let everyone I know that without prior notice, it could have posted that all the CD’s and DVD’s pictured in the ad on were not available and not on the premises before the sale opened, that they were not for sale(allegedly kept by the heirs), before the sale started. This is exactly what I buy and sell. I’ve shopped enough sales throughout the years to know a hustle and yours was monumental. I waited in the cold 2 ½ hours before the sale started after driving from DT L.A. In this day and age of smart phones and instant communication you could have provided an update on the sale letting people know that what was pictured was not available well in advance of the sale starting. You could have provided service to people rather than choosing to squander their time and energy not to mention their hopes for a great day by allowing your customers(apparently you don’t care about your customers time) the opportunity to go to another sale or spend their time elsewhere with a simple update. I also reported your sale and business practice to Estate so they have a measure of how you use there site. Shame on you!
