I’m obsessed with this gym. It has what I need to get results fast. Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgable. Iv been going for about a month and I’m actually EXCITED to work out now. They also have an Organic juice bar inside, with tasty healthy refreshing options. vernon is my trainer btw, and I highly recommend him if you want to get your butt into shape fast.

This place is the bomb! Trainer Dave and all of the guys are great to work with, personable and all around good people. The gym is perfect for one on one training or small groups. Its hardly ever crowded and the BPM music is always bumping… even on days I don’t want to go to the gym I end up going and see familiar faces of athletes and friends and it helps get me through my workout! This is the spot no MEATHEADS work out here which is nice :)

If you are looking for personalized instruction, with a workout tailored to your body type, this is the place to train. The gym is immaculate, has all the equipment you would want, and the trainers are amazing.

This review is for Randy Post. I’ve known Randy for years and he is the best. I’ve trained with him since I was in college but had a 5 year hiatus when I moved back up north. Now that I’m back, I’ve gotten back in touch with him and am so happy that he’s still doing what he’s doing. I love this man, you don’t even understand. He’s hilarious while he simultaneously kicks my ass during workouts. He is not only good at what he does, but more importantly, he really enjoys his work. He charges a reasonable price for private and group workouts, he also does a boot camp on Saturdays. Most of his workouts are outdoors in CDM, which I love. Even during group exercises, he can help tailor workouts to achieve specific goals or to avoid certain injured spots(be vocal if you are hurt somewhere, knees, hamstring… etc). The girls during the group workouts are also great. I think it’s almost more fun to workout with them because they up the motivation factor when Randy is feeling particularly militaristic that day. Basically, if you’re reading this, stop being a lazy ass and call Randy. You won’t be disappointed!!! He’s so great that I’ve already got both my roommates on board and even my aesthetician, and they just lurve them some Randy too! Tip 1: Don’t be a flake on your workouts, you will be charged even if you are a no show and if you flake too often, you may be dropped for someone who is more reliable! Tip 2: You will see results, but remember, Randy can’t make you thin by himself! It’s called exercise, he just adds the motivational and fun factor. Work hard and you will get results, I PROMISE!
