These people are great! I had never had to sell jewelry before, but my Mom passed and I was desperate. I had a couple nice pieces that were my Moms and I was broke. I was scared to death that no matter where I went I would get ripped off. I got lucky when I found Carol Klein. They made me feel welcome and gave me a great price, unlike if I had ended up in a pawn shop. They also have displays of the most beautiful jewelry I think Ive seen. If I ever have an occasion to buy something nice, I know where I will be going

I love Carol Klein Jewlery! Their staff Jon, Marvin and Betty are amazing! They always call you by name, give you a hug, and make good conversion with you b/​c they are genuinely nice people and actually care about their clients, unlike some Jewlery stores in town. Not only is their store gorgeous in a great location and they are the nicest people around. The selection and quality of craftsmanship is amazing! My hubby and I were married 8 months ago and we had my engagement ring and our wedding bands made by Carol Klein and they did a fantastic job with reasonable/​fair prices! My hubby even surprised me with an extra band on our wedding day, that Jon lured me into the store to «look» at some ideas and I no idea I was getting an extra custom band that was gorgeous! So they have a lot of fun also helping with surprises! But my asscher cut diamond engagement ring we designed together and they made me and my wedding bands are incredible! I get compliments all the time! Go to Carol Klein for all your special Jewlery needs! They can get and make anything your dreams and heart desires and they are so friendly and fun to work with! Love these guys and all my bling bling! I can’t wait to add more to my collection from them!

Had the best experience here-​everyone was so friendly and Jon was exceptional. I went in to get my wedding ring and engagement ring reset and Jon exceeded my expectations! I love my ring and can’t wait to have them make my next piece! There is no «attitude» at this jeweler, just down to earth people who know how to make beautiful things!
