I have purchased fitness gear ovr the years from 2 Busybody locations. This review is about the Newport Beach store. I was in the market for a functional trainer which like a many gym machines very bulky, very heavy and requires delivery and setup by professionals. So you don’t want to make a mistake and wind up with a huge white elephant.
The personel at Newport Beach are very knowledgable and patient. I visited the store quite a few times before making the decision to buy a Hoist V6 model. I was never rushed and all my questions were cheerfully answered. Special kudos to Jim Moore and Doug for making the experience a pleasant one.
The store is large enough to display lots of gear and different machines all properly set up and available try out and compare.
BTW There’s a greek restaurant across the parking lot that is great, too but be careful it’s a busy lot and the drivers there are cluless.
