Rude staff, under toasted bagels. Total joke, our office of 300 won’t be ordering from here anymore. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Can’t deny the fact that the parking here is a bust on a weekday morning. However, this Bruegger’s is awesome and the morning crew is on the hustle. They definitely try to get you in and out as quickly as possible which I believe everyone appreciates as most are headed into the office and don’t have time for a long line. The manager always seems to be at the register, maintaining quality and ensuring fast service. And on top of it all, everyone is very cheery and friendly.

Good selection of warm bagels(chocolate chip, 12 grain, sesame, pumpernickel, whole wheat, jalapeño cheese, plain, blueberry, onion, etc), the list goes on! These bagels are best when eaten fresh or warmed. I really enjoy the chocolate chip bagel the most. They have a nice variety of cream cheese; the berry one is one I really like, but I passed on cream cheese this time around and opted for a store bought brand. Customer service was quick and pretty good. I ordered a 12 grain bagel too that I didn’t eat until a day later, and after toasting it a minute or two it was still pretty good. They open at 5:30AM, so you can get an early start on your bagel fix!

Everything bagel jalapeño cream cheese tomato basil paste YUM toasted greatness I love this place because it’s right next to Starbucks although they serve coffee they don’t serve Starbucks so I grab my bagel from Brueggers and I go to Starbucks and grab my coffee now Starbucks has bagels but let’s be honest they’re not Bruegger’s Bruegger’s are fresh delicious and sometimes your flavor has just been recently made. Don’t forget to check their been for last night’s bagels and a dozen bagels for 6.99 on Wednesday if you feel like sharing with your friends at work definitely recommend grabbing a couple of different types of cream cheese I have yet to try the maple.

Two stars only because I like Brueggers. I used to go to the Brueggers in Corona Del Mar every morning. Love the place! I moved office location so no longer on my way. This location is the worst! Lets start with parking. You can never get in and out of the tiny little parking lot. It’s a total joke. Entrance from Campus and MacArthur and no one seems to know which way to go. Anyone that says they are in and out within 5 minutes lying. The staff is quite frankly a total joke! I can tell you what the staff has going on for the weekend, and tell you when their break is, and tell you what shift they are working, but I cannot tell you the service was good. They are so busy talking to each other, ignoring customers. In addition, def not up to Brueggers Bagels standards, and hope corporate reads this. I asked for bagel toasted twice, which she did not do. So I asked her again, to toast some more, which I got an attitude. Then cream cheese is slapped on like one tiny little strip that doesn’t even cover the bagel. Seriously? This is not the first time this has happened. It will be the last though. I will never to go this location again. CDM location is sooooooo much better. Corporate needs to go in and set the staff straight on Brueggers brand. This place is ruining their reputation.

The parking situation is a nightmare. Customer service is terrible. The food is just a notch above McDonalds. You have been warned.

The bagel sandwich was okay. It was similar to McDonald’s because they don’t cook the eggs or the bacon. They put the food in an oven like a heater to keep it warm. I thought they were going to actually cook the egg and the bacon so the food would be sizzling when we got our sandwiches. The service was really bad. They did not really know the ingredients on the menu when we asked what was on it. The parking space is small and compact. I gave it two star because of their poor service.

Really not impressed. Holly/Molly, don’t quite remember her name, was super sloppy and put most of my cream cheese in the hole not the bagel. So while I was fixing my cream cheese in my car I noticed my salmon cream cheese is pretty much plain cream cheese. No salmon. bummer since I save my money to splurge on a treat once a week since I’m in school full time and not working. Guess I’ll be going back to Jamba Juice instead

This review is long overdue since Brueggers has been part of my morning routine for 3 years now. I love this staff. They are so cheerful in the morning and FAST. I know I can be in and out within 5 minutes. Great if you’re in a hurry — except for the parking, I’ll get to that in a second. The jalapeño bagel with plain cream cheese is my favorite. Just enough spicyness. I love that these bagels are chewy and warm. Definitely adds some happiness to my morning. Deducting 1 star because of the god awful parking situation. There’s like 12 spots total and they are next to the Starbucks. Does not make for a good time at 7:45am. Get there before then to avoid the madness.

I’ve been here literally more times than I can count over the past 3 years, so I’ll write a summary of my experience with this place over many visits. When I first started coming here, they used a frozen egg patty on the egg, meat, and cheese bagels, but now they crack their own eggs in the morning and place them on the bagel, which I definitely appreciate. The size of both the egg and meat has decreased, the bagel size has also decreased, and the flavor of the bagels isn’t as pronounced as before, with even a metallic taste nowadays; however, I feel the overall quality of the bagels, eggs, and meat have slightly increased. The regular roast coffee is terrible, but their hazelnut coffee is pretty good. The store itself is generally clean, but generally there’s a long line if you come at the wrong time on Sunday morning. Plenty of seating inside. My problem with Brueggers is despite the slight increase in quality and an overall decrease in the portion size, the price of their products has gone up substantially. If you want a side of cream cheese for the bagel(which I used to do), it’s over $ 1 which, for the amount of cream cheese they give you, is absolutely ridiculous. If you order one of their specialty bagels with coffee, it’ll easily cost you over $ 7 by the time you’re done. If I’m going to pay Starbucks level prices, I expect a substantial quality/portion increase over the latter, which this place doesn’t offer. Important note: every time, and I repeat, every time I’ve purchased their«bagels from last night», they MOLD within a couple days. Don’t buy them.

A coworker shared her pretzel honey walnut spread bagel so deff came on the weekends now. I love their smoked salmon and turkey herb sandwiches. The psalter pretzel with honey walnut spread is like my fav. The coconut iced coffee is so yummy. The store is clean and the staff is really sweet. I love coming here.

Friendly staff and fresh food! If you’re there on a thursday morning, beware of all the travellers heading for the airport. the line is incredibly long. But it moves somewhat quick. Just like all the Bruegger’s places. So you know what you’re in for. Nothing fancy, just a bagel place.

Extremely tight parking lot with average service. The sandwich is to-die-for– the almonds and cranberries complement each other well. The lemon tarragon sauce is thick enough so that the sandwich is not dry but not so thick as to overpower anything else in the sandwich. Average pricing for a bagel and sandwich café.

First time here. The service itself was fine, pretty friendly staff, service was fast. But boy are the bagels bad and their so called sea salt caramel coffee is one of the worst coffee drinks I’ve ever had! I ordered the garlic egg and cheese bagel, ate it straight away, it tasted of rubbery plastic. The«iced coffee» looked nothing like the picture, which was partly why I ordered it. It had no flavor whatsoever… it was like watery foot water… I honestly had two sips and had to through it out. Saddly it’s unlikely I’d ever eat from here again.

Horrible service and they keep arbitrarily changing their prices. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this place. They want to charge an extra $ 1.19 or $ 0.80(depends on their mood that day) for everything, even a little sauce like tomato spread. Oh, and it’s an extra $ 2 to get a small paper box. It wouldn’t have bothered me so much if they weren’t always ripping me off. I would always get something similar to the Rio Grande Wrap, except I don’t get meat in there. They want to charge for every single thing, but if you take out something, they refuse to substitute it or take out the charge for it. The menu says two eggs, but if I’m not looking, the workers would sometimes just try to slip one egg in there. It’s really frustrating having to deal with people like this. I was too shy to say anything at first, but when it keeps happening so it gets very frustrating. The manager is always changing his mind about the pricing. I don’t think it’s reasonable to walk out of the store with a small wrap for ~$ 8(I like to add sundried tomato spread and bell peppers, and take out the meat) when it’s only posted for $ 5.19– I would get less food than the posted menu items, they just don’t substitute and try to add on charges for everything. Another frustrating thing is that they won’t tell you will get an additional charge unless you ask them. I only go here when I need to grab a quick bite and it’s right next to my work so it’s convenient, but I think I will just stop going here overall. I’ve given them too many chances and I’ve tried to put up with them on several occasions, but I think I just had enough today. The manager couldn’t even give me an adequate answer as to why they won’t substitute or subtract the charges for items that are taken out if they are just going to charge extra things. If you are just getting a simple bagel or something, then this place okay, but they’ll try to short change you on everything. It’s funny how deceitful they can be too. Their orange juice is labeled«Freshly poured orange juice,» but when I asked the worker about the the type of orange(amount of pulp), the worker just said,” it’s fresh.” I tried it and regretted spending $ 3 on orange juice that was not fresh at all.

Whenever I’m in need of a breakfast bagel I would go to Bruegger’s only because I don’t really know any other places to get a bagel and its really close by my workplace. The service is ok. The bagels are very good though they don’t seem as fresh to me, but I really don’t care too much(bread is bread and bagels are bagels). I end up creating my own concoction anyways. One of my coworkers and I usually pick these up before work since we are the only ones that usually come in too early. Its relatively cheap but I don’t think its worth the price for the lack of freshness. Still I’ll come through whenever I need a bagel. I’ve had the garlic, salt and pepper, chocolate, and I think blueberry. The garlic is my favorite bagel and you mix it in with the cream cheese oh boy its pretty good. The types of cream cheese I’ve gotten here are the strawberry, the regular cream cheese and the salmon one(that one sucked). The strawberry one wasn’t really that good to me either as I don’t find the blending of cheese and strawberry a good mix. I like to keep it original. PS parking is very limited here. Its a small lot so be warned.

Lets be HONEST. Not only was my FIRST trip here AWFUL, so was my SECOND. BOTH times they were exactly the same way. As if you were wrong for coming to this shop to buy from them. If you READTHEREVIEWS plenty of people say the same thing and are very disappointed. They make EVERYONE feel UNCOMFORTABLE and displeased with their orders.

Recently, I had my wallet stolen. Now that it’s time for my company credit card reconciliation, I’ve had to track down reprints for all of my lost receipts, which has been a pain in the butt to say the least. During Bruegger’s busy morning hours, the manager Rudolfo took down my info and looked up my receipt from a small transaction I made last month quicker than any other store I contacted without making it feel like I was asking for a humongous favor. He faxed it over within a few minutes. It’s things like this(and their fantastic bagels) that go a long way to make my day a little easier, a little better.

I became a temporary Bruegger’s regular over the summer as I was taking a nearby LSAT prep class. I loved coming in the morning for a toasted poppy seed bagel with cream cheese, smoked salmon, red onion, tomato and capers for about $ 8. Whether it’s from Bruegger’s or elsewhere, I just can’t get enough of the flavor combination of salty, smoky salmon and the richness of the cream cheese. It’s a winning duo! To its credit, Bruegger’s has a great version and the smoked salmon in particular, while it’s been known to taste a little funky and fishy at other establishments, is perfect here. One thing you’ll immediately hate about this shopping plaza, though, is the incredibly small parking lot. This bagel shop and the Starbucks right next door bring in so much business that the lot is almost always full. However, people don’t tend to stay long, since they just tend to grab their food or coffee and go. So, I’ve never waited for more than a few minutes for a spot to open up, but you’ll have to be okay waiting awkwardly for a short time in your car off to the side. Also of note, they have deal on Wednesdays where you can get a dozen bagels for $ 7, which is pretty great especially for the quality of the bagels. On another note, I’ve usually had particularly kind and prompt service here. The staff has always been polite if not outstandingly courteous.

They had great customer service. Very attentive and respectful. I tried the sesame bagel with cream cheese, sprouts, and tomatoes. I did not really like the taste of their cream cheese. I usually like it when it’s light and fluffy. This was a bit too creamy for me. But the bagel was good! A little bit burnt at the bottom, but it was edible. The highlight would have to be the iced coconut coffee. Fantastic! You must try it. I will probably be back to try a salad or another bagel sandwich.
