I’ve always loved Betsey Johnson and this store in particular. I went in just to browse and ended up coming out with a dress that just about broke the bank. I didn’t catch the name of the girl who was helping me, but she has long brown hair and tattoo sleeves. Great customer service– they definitely know what they’re doing!

I’m a tomboy, so when I came here with my mom to buy a dress for a wedding, I was way out of my comfort zone. I went from my Vans hat, t-​shirt, and shorts, to big and beautiful dresses. The employees were so nice and gave great recommendations, which made my experience there go from torture to fun and enjoyable. After I talked to the wonderful lady who was helping us, I had such a better time then I thought I would have. I bought a great dress, with who have guessed, pockets! I will always admire you Betsey!!!

I had the best experience at Betsey Johnson while shopping for a special dress for my bachelorette party with my dad. Nathan helped me find the perfect dress and made me feel like he was truly trying to help and not just sale me as much as he could. I watched him with other customers and he made all of us feel important and beautiful. Nathan definitely made my shopping experience fun and unique. I will be back to this store for certain!

I have a serious obsession with Betsey Johnson. When my paychecks allow me I go crazy in this store. Unlike the previous reviews, I have always experienced great customer experience here. The girls are always so sweet and don’t stalk you around the store. The only problem I have here is all the crazy old ladies that shop here and just let their dogs sit on the ottoman while they try on clothes. sooooo creepy. Every year I gift myself with something from this store for my birthday and I am never disappointed. While her prices have increased a lot over the past 10 years, the quality is still amazing.

This review is for the NEWPORT STORE only, its not for the items, its not for the prices (although you CAN totally find Betsey’s goods for like 75% off her store prices just down the street…) and its not for the selection…
This review is simply for the customer service or lack there of…
Pff, I have been to Betsey stores, from here to Kalamazoo, and this one sucked, 3 girls working, myself and one other customer in the store, considering the location of this store too, you would think these girls would be all up in your Betsey biz like they are at all the other stores, but these girls were not trying to make ANY sort of contact with me or the other… That’s all, thank you

My first time to Fashion Island and this was our first stop… I L O V E her jewelry line. The clothing is cute but i’m a much bigger fan of the jewelry… The sales staff was nice. Our every step was not followed closely… There was one sales girl who was overly friendly if that could be any cause to be annoyed with someone.

Oh Betsey how I love you… I’ve adored and adorned your clothing, shoes, bags, and jewelry for well over two decades now… HOWEVER… I would rather stick a fork in my eye than step foot in the boutique at Fashion Island… as I fear security (or worse) would be called as I bludgeon a particular annoying sales girl that follows so closely on every step, intent on cluelessly upselling in a feverish manner more common of crack whores trying to score… MY GOD, I want to poke the twit in the eye with a glittered Polly.
Three stars only because I love YOU Betsey.
