My daughter and I recently rented 311 36th Street in Newport Beach, CA for 8 weeks. The staff at Beachview Realty made us feel so comfortable and met our every need. This newly renovated beach cottage is outfitted with every need and want for your family. This place has a fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, wall mounted flat screen TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms, games, beach chairs, a beautiful outside sitting area, and so much more!!! It felt like «a home away from home» and we will definitely rent this adorable cottage again if we return to this area.

discovered this gem of a company after a bad experience with another mgmt company on the peninsula. great to work with. they take good care of the vacation homes they run. any time my in-​laws come to town, i put them up in a home managed by beachview. never had a bad experience.

Mike and Connie are wonderful people and they do a terrific job managing my rentals in Newport! They really pay close attention to the details and they have impressed me on more than one occasion! Property management is such a hands on/​people business, and they do such a good job keeping everyone happy! They always fill my rental and go above and beyond to make my tenants happy! (not an easy task!) Furthermore, they always answer my phone calls and I am 100% confident that they will take good care of my property, my tenants, and any unexpected situation that may arise! I highly recommend there property management services, and they have some terrific realtors who work for them as well!

She was not only flexible, and almost certainly will find a way to solve problems, but she also provided great customer serivce.
