So far every smoothie I’ve gotten(even the lites) have been amazing! But the frozen goat had to be my favorite. The staff is very patient with me, because I do take a second to decide. Overall great experience each time and super glad I live right behind them!

Terrible service… Or NO service. I waited, completely ignored, for a solid 3 minutes. After absolutely no recognition from young man who appeared to be doing something else, I walked out. The doorbell dinged, the young man looked up and then looked back down. Did not say«hello» «welcome to planet smoothie». I will not be going back.

I’m surprised this place hasn’t been reviewed yet! It stays busy but the lines move fast. Menu stays consistent as well as flavor each time, no matter who makes the smoothie. Always new flavors and combos to try out. My family frequently visits and they know our order by heart — something I can appreciate nowadays.

Planet smoothie has a free smoothie program. I go in today to redeem my free smoothie(which clearly states it on their device as I typed my phone number in). He told me he needed the code. I take note of the code on my phone. A second later his device clears the message displayed and I tell him(the owner) the code it gave me. He begins to argue with me and tells me the number I have is not the code. Then tells me over and over he needs the code to get a free smoothie. I tell him again the code it gives me. He had no way of going back to get the code and tells me it should give me a code via txt. After all is said and done all he does is tell me he’ll take a dollar off the purchase. I should have left the smoothies on the counter and walked out. I understand that people in this day in time try to get away with anything, but come on you have to be a little more considerate then that especially when im right there getting what i thought was my «code». My husband and I have been going to planet smoothie since we move here in 2007. As of today we won’t be back. If that is how the owner is going to treat his customers by arguing with them then we won’t be back. I’m not a hot headed person and I don’t ever complain about bad service, but this situation just really upset me.
