Motherhood Maternity

This Motherhood is nestled away in a little mall. The selection is decent, pretty much what’s on the website, but the owner is very very nice. She was very helpful and friendly. And prices are good. I managed to score a couple of really cute things on sale.

My mom took me to this Motherhood location on a Sunday at 5:30pm. The store closes at 6pm. It was a last minute decision, completely unplanned. I had been speaking to her about how desperately I needed maternity pants and she said, «well come on, let’s go see what we can do in a half hour’s time.»
We walked into the store and I knew I didn’t have much time so my mom and I were trying to be as quick as possible with shopping the racks and trying things on quickly. Savannah and Suzie were the two sales people working that day and they quickly assured my mom and I that we should not feel rushed, to take our time, and was there anything they could help me shop for? I told them I needed work pants for my corporate job and I was open to trying on dresses and tops as well. Before I knew it, they were bringing me all sorts of options and even loved having me come out to show them how things looked on me. When all was said and done, they had stayed until 7pm, an extra hour beyond their closing time, just to help me out and make sure I had the clothes I wanted and/​or needed. They also let me use their bathroom. My mom and I were very grateful for the extra time, and they were very gracious about providing that to us.
I highly recommend shopping this Motherhood store. The prices are very reasonable, especially in comparison to their sister brand Pea in a Pod, and many of the items I purchased were discounted from the sale rack. And the customer service was truly above and beyond. Thank you!
