So I know it may be kind of weird to review a McDonald’s but I just had to for this specific locations. Every single time I go, the food is fresher than it’s ever been at any McDonald’s location I’ve been to. And it’s consistent. Literally every time I go, my food is fresh… well as fresh as you can get from McDonald’s. I even started testing this to see for sure by ordering something different each time. Burgers, check. Fries, definite check. McChicken, check. Nuggets, thank God check. There was one misfire with cheese sticks where they had obviously been sitting a while, but hey, it’s McDonald’s. I’ll cut them some slack.

Drive thru was fast, ladies were very nice and friendly at the windows! Food was fresh and hot. Very good McDonalds!!!

Why am I not surprised this location has less than 3 stars.
The man in front of me, complained that his order was wrong, well, I was next and they got my order wrong.
Parking is okay, the Wifi signal is okay but no sockets to plug into.
Food is stale
Not sure how they stay in business between bad customer service, bad food & the bad location.

I really like this McDonald’s. They are surprisingly consistent for fast food as well as always friendly, the latter not being something I would expect from a fast food place. Wait times are a bit long usually but the positives outweigh that fairly easily. I feel odd reviewing a McDonald’s on Unilocal but it really is a good location.

Agree with the another reviewer that this is a substandard McDonalds. I have been here before and was disappointed even by McDonalds standards. Food is poor, dining area is small, service is poor and they have a guy under and umbrella outside as the drive through during peak times.

Stopped in here for the kids to grab a quick bite before we got on the Auto Train. While there is ample parking, the parking spots themselves are pretty narrow. Inside, there was ample seating (all tables and no booths), but the floors were a bit dirty and the condiment station could have used a little cleaning up. Service was fine – not rude but not overly friendly either. Bathroom also needed some attending to. No play area for the kids here. As for the drive-​thru, it’s a one-​lane drive-​thru with two windows – one for paying and one for picking up your order.

Can this McDonald’s get any slower? I mean, there were only 2 – 3 customers in there but still they took like 15 minutes to give you the food. And the person who takes the order is rude too. Do not go to this one.

This was the first fast food joint we found coming off of I95South to get gas and food. We went through drive through and it wasnt a long line. Staff were friendly and no other issues. We tried the chicken wraps for $ 2 and they were delicious!!!

I really like this McDonald’s location. It’s much better then the location in Gunston Plaza. Its not over run by teenagers, the staff has always been attentive and courteous, and it’s a clean facility.
On my last visit, I asked for unsalted fries, and the staff responded by giving me the most freshest fries, EVER! So crispy and perfect! No salt as requested :)

Honestly, we have all been to a lot of MCDs in our life and we know them to have an across the board level of base level of quality… Right?
Not this one…
In the 10 years I lived here my roomates and I gave them several chances and their food quality was always consistent — awful.
If you are looking for food and are in a bind, hit the to go market attached to the gas station next store… It may save you an unnecessary pit stop delay later. Trust me.
