John cleaned and sanitized and deodorized the carpeting. There had been a dog on the premises and it was horrible. It is so nice and clean and smells wonderful now.

John has cleaned my house a number of times (4 kids and a dog — not to mention the asphalt street outside that turns the carpets black with traffic over time) and every time it is like new. We just used him again and even though I am in the flooring business I swear he has forgotten more than most people will ever know about cleaning flooring.

My 8 year old, dusty, dirty, flat carpet looks ABSOLUTELY BRAND NEW thanks to the incredible expertise of Thoroclean! John restored the the beauty of my tile, 10 year old porcelain with filthy grout that I thought could never look the same now looks fresh, new, and clean!!! I highly recommend Thoroclean, his process is not toxic, he takes the dirt out instead of grinding it into the carpet and disguising it with chemicals. He’s the BEST!!!

John was recommended to me by my local carpet store after looking to replace my 2 year old carpet. I had it cleaned about 4 months ago & it was just ruined smelled looked horrible. We recently had our house remodeled & told everyone don’t worry about the carpets they are being replaced. John showed up challenge accepted! My husband & I are so impressed this dirty, stinky carpet imbedded w/​dry wall, paint, dog hair, cat hair used & abused. Looks fabulously new! I highly recommend ThoroClean John even followed up next day.

Thoro Clean came out and steamed Cleaned my teravertine and resealed it. The floors in my bathrooms, Kitchen and hall. the floors look nicer than they did when they where new.
I would like to thank John for a grate job and even when it got late John stayed till the job was finished.
