Came here last night with a group of about 10 for a friend’s birthday. This was only my second time here, and for the majority of the group it was their first, so we didn’t really know how things worked… we walked up to the bar, to ask some questions and the guy at the bar was pretty rude and short with us. I get it, we’re all a bunch of young kids in our early 20’s, and we couldn’t make a decision on what drinks we wanted, or a decision on anything for that matter, and I was getting kind of frustrated with my friends too, but come on, you’re in a customer service job, if we wanna ask questions, it’s your job to answer them, and you could at least try to be nice about it, it wasnt even busy when we got there so we werent keeping him from anything, or crowding the bar from other guests. The blonde bartender was the only one that was really nice and consistently friendly, everyone else working there got visibly impatient and short with us if we took up more than 2 seconds of their time. But, all of that aside, me and my friends did have a lot of fun, it’s a cool atmosphere with pretty decent drinks, and music that is loud enough to hear even when it gets crowded, and they did at least honor my BOGO free hour offer no questions asked. This place has the potential to be really awesome, if they would just work on their customer service etiquette. I would come back here again, just hope the staff is in a better mood next time.

The drinks were decent and bartender lady was very nice. The waitress was too young, inexperienced (she did not seem to care much about this job). The Manager Albert could use «charm school» lessons but he was fair and he tries his best to run this place. If you come here before 9 pm, you are guaranteed to get a pool table. I would probably come back to play pool here again.

The bartender lied to my face about how much the tables cost then she lost my credit card, and then when the manager found it he overcharged me. What an absurd waste of my time and money, and everyone was so unnecessarily rude. I’ll definitely never be going back.

Looking for a new place to go in Santa Clarita area and Shooters was the perfect vibe for relaxed hanging out and pool with friends.
The location is in a strip mall area off of Interstate 5 so it can be hard to find as the turn is a little hidden once you exit. Once in the area you will notice the bar itself is actually quite large. Upon entering the bar we were greeted by the bartender and the server. We came late on a weekday not so the place was pretty much dead.
It was actually really nice to be able to play without a ton of distractions but I imagine on the weekend this place gets packed and you will be trying not to hit people with your pool ques. There are dozens of tables and the place is well lit and a lot of fun. The happy hour was really cheap with 3 dollar beers and four dollar bottles.
Besides the main area of pool there is a large mechanical bull that sits in the middle of the pool tables and in another corner there is a sports bar collection of games for those that dont want to play. It includes a juke box, three dart setup and a boxing arcarde game. There are also several large tvs for those that want to watch the game in the bar.
Outside of the main area there is another billiards room about the same size as the main room. In here there were several pool leagues and semi professional players. This would be a great area to bring a large work group and have a tournament.
Overall it was a great hidden bar with plenty of distractions to come back for.

Came here in the afternoon on a Wednesday. Love the place but the man in charge is no where to be found. Not good for business!!!

I honestly dont know where to start, but this place is great. I have been here a few times now and have not been disappointed once. Ive gotten great service everytime ive gone. Im not really sure where some of these bad reviews come from, especially the negative reviews about Albert.
The bartenders are very friendly. Especially Albert, the owner and manager. He really knows amd understands how to interact with his customers. Last night he took a break and came and sat outside with my friend and I for about 10 minutes and we all just talked. Other than Albert there was one other bartender working. She was also friendly and brought our drinks out to us quickly.
I went during happy hour which is between 5−10pm, $ 3 beers and discounts on pool. Like most billiards bars you pay per hour, rather than per game. Which is great if you are coming with friends. Theyve got so many tables so you likely wont have to wait in line to play like at other bars with just one table. Theyve also got darts and a mechanical bull. Plenty of TVs with whatever game is currently on.
Overall an awesome place that I am definitely coming back too.

Went to shooters a few days ago and let me tell you. Its always the best pool hall i ever go to. The atmosphere is nice and the beer on tap is Awesone.
Why don’t more places serve your beer in a frozen glass! Makes all the difference in the world. The bartender is quick to serve you up a new beer, fix you some late night munchies, and never felt once like i was a burden on him.
The blonde girl working there as well is very friendly. When i was sitting alone while waiting for my friend to show she was talking to me and striking up conversations.
oh and $ 3 dollar drinks during happy hour! Awesome!
Even though it took 45min for my song i selected from the jukebox to play! But thats not shooters fault its all the people who selected songs before me. Curse you guys! Next time I’m paying the extra credit to get my song to play next.
Definitely a great place to hang out and have a few beers after work. Will definitely be going back!

Came on a Monday night with 6 other people. We walked up to the bar & were greeted by a friendly blonde bartender. She quickly greeted us and served us some shot and then proceeded to make us some cocktails and serve some beers. She was friendly, personable and quick. We got our drinks and decided to play some pool. Naturally we got thirsty so we headed to the bar once again when we were met by a manager/​owner who wasn’t very nice or welcoming or polite. A party of 5 walked in and they went straight for the pool and drinks and he was very rude and short when they asked to split the check. He even rolled his eyes! And when he got done with them, we were still waiting for the nice bartender to come help us out. He could have easily helped us out but he took a look at us and walked away. Anyways, we will be back because we had good cocktails for a fair price and we had a good time. But we’ll only drink if we see the nice bartender!

My husband and I came here with some family while visiting from out of town; last-​minute idea to run out and grab some drinks. The bartender was very nice and attentive, unfortunately the manager (which we later came to find out was in fact the owner) was around and in a visibly very negative attitude and off putting demeanor. He would not assist us, nor would he acknowledge us… When we requested to ride the bull, he had to control it and was very much apparently disturbed by the idea. We left the bar die to his, not only lack of customer service, but inappropriate and very negative attitude. I would never return to this establishment based on principal and the fact that I value good customer service and appreciation for my patronship.

Fun time! Great activity for a Friday night. Good music, good cold beer, pool tables, pleasant service, reasonably priced.

I’ve been to a few halls this one’s definitely my favorite. Plus the food they make is really good especially with a nice cold beer or jack & coke.

This is one of the chills spot to kick it. Beer are nice and cold, the environment is pleasant. The music is great. The best spot to go if you’re trying to hang out and have fun.

I like coming here. I’ve been coming for years. The employee’s are nice & attentive. I love the mechanical bull. I recommend coming here if your looking to have a fun time!

The vibe in this place is amazing! The service was great and being that I haven’t quite found a place to hang out after work I think this place is for sure going to be somewhere I will be coming back to bring my friends and coworkers! Thanks for the good time!

Over priced and unfriendly staff my wife got cut off for taking a drink outside 3^rd one of the night. Uncalled for overall not worth your money stay at home for your own sake

Albert is a supercool bartender, manager, and owner. The tables are in very good shape, the sticks shoot straight, and the happy hour prices from 5−10pm are very, very fair. The only reason I can’t give five stars is that I didn’t try any of the food. I may on the next visit!
