This is the worst medical center I have been to, no customer service and no respect. People work here don’t care about you, and have no value about time management and things. I wonder how can they keep operating

Like the other reviewer said. Dr. Leticia Maragh is not very helpful, at all. I had questions about my sinuses, kidney infection, and medication. She completely ignored the first two problems and then cut me off from my medication I’ve been taking since I was 10! I understand it’s a controlled substance but she had all the documentation and testing then told me I needed to see someone about my mental health? Yes I have a disorder its clearly on my records… Such a slap in the face. Anyways if you don’t want to waste your time and money don’t go with Maragh, the counseling thing too… Your a primary care doctor not my therapist.

Two visits in two days. Will not be back again. When I tried to schedule my appointment, that should’ve been the first red flag of not coming here. The lady I spoke with argued with me about why I was coming there. I moved, and used to go to Valley Medical in Covington, but asked my doctor to refer me to someone closer, so here it was. I had an original appointment today for something, but had to make an emergency one for yesterday for something else. My first visit was a waste of time. On the phone I explained what was going on, and they said I could come in. Why? They did absolutely nothing! All they did was weigh me, take my blood pressure, and my temperature. That was it. I can do that myself. The doctor I saw was Joni Ghormley. I think she told me at least four times that«I’m not accepting new patients.» Okay. Then why are you even seeing me? Forget it. I felt very unwelcome, and just wanted to leave. I didn’t even ask her all of the questions I had, I was over it. Today I saw Leticia Maragh. She was nice but not overly helpful. They still didn’t do much of anything. I came in for a medication related check up, and was denied any further medication. I’ve been taking the medication for nearly four years, and now they are just gonna cut me off cold turkey. Thanks, that should lead to some wonderful side effects. The only thing she did for me was give me information on counseling. That is not what I need, and not helpful at all. Anyways. Due to the unfriendliness of literally everyone I encountered, the unwelcome environment, and the hassle of wasting my time, I will not be back. I will be contacting my primary doctor and try to have her recommend me somewhere else.

I only can go as low as a 1! I came to be at the Family Practice through the urgent care. Moving to a new state, especially when you have a chronic illness, is extremely hard. I caught strep, and was quickly diagnosed by the urgent care(the doctor, nurse, and office staff are wonderful at the urgent care), and then was given the names of the doctors that worked downstairs. I wish I wouldn’t have been, considering it’s shaped my, and my children’s lives for the last six months. I saw Dr. Pollara, and at the first appointment she seemed kind and open to my unique needs. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th appointment were rushed, judged, and pointless! She’s not knowledgeable, and doesn’t do her research. She is a judgy, pushy, mean, and arrogant person. She strikes me as being fairly wrapped up in something else, almost like she’s just a doctor on the side? Don’t even get me started on how judgmental, pushy, and unknowledgeable the P.A. is! This is one of the only places where the front office staff far exceeds the doctors. The ladies, for the most part, are fairly nice up front. If you aren’t a run of the mill, all you need is a yearly check up, DONOT go here! If you have set up a routine, or you know your body, and know what you need, DONOT go here!

I’ve been a patient at VMC Newcastle since 2006. I started seeing Dr. Eskesen who I enjoyed, but she moved out of the Seattle area and I transferred to Dr. Pollara. I have had a great experience with VMC and their associated clinics. Pros: They truly are a clinic network. They can access my medical records from all associated clinics and doctors, from urgent care to primary care to neurology. It is nice to not have to fill out the same forms over and over and have to re-describe your complaints, symptoms, medical history, etc. to each doctor. I feel like I receive better care because they have a more complete medical record since they are so well linked. I am usually able to get an appointment same-day if I call in the morning. If my doctor is not available, I am willing to see someone else, and have had good experiences seeing her colleagues. My husband, who did not bother to find a PCP between the ages of 18 – 30, started seeing Dr. Letinsky and likes him quite a bit. Cons: Hard to think of any. Occasionally they run a bit behind on scheduling like most doctor’s offices, but I’ve never had to wait more than 20 minutes. When my doctor is on maternity leave(she should be delivering soon if she hasn’t already) I would see Dr. Letinsky. I do frequently get a lot of calls from VMC billing, and they have a hard time changing my billing contact info, but they have been polite about responding to my requests to chance my billing contact phone number and mailing address.
