Papa Murphy’s Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza

Great papa murphy’s like the rest! Clean, good quality toppings, great taste! Minus one star for employees that didn’t show a «happy to be at work» attitude and no online order ability even though i receive coupons that are online purchase only.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tonight I ordered a create your own pizza. When I got there the young woman grabbed me my pizza and handed it to me. I looked at the pizza and noticed zucchini on it and asked is this zucchini to which she replied yes. I said but I didn’t order any zucchini on it. She looked at my order slip and said so you don’t want it? I then said no. She took my pizza put on gloves and proceeded to remove the zucchini re wrap the pizza and hand it back to me after I had already paid. She didn’t even look me in the eye and just made the most annoyed face. I felt so disrespected. Why was I the bad guy because I wanted my correct order? And then to just remove the zucchini? For all you know I’m allergic to it. If I didn’t have my 11 month old daughter with me I would have said more. I will not be ordering from this location any more. I’d rather drive the extra ten minutes to a location where I’m not disrespected by young entitled employees.

I love anything on a thin crust from here! I come to this location at least once a month. I have never had to wait long for a pizza and once cooked they never last long in my home. Yummy :)

My family has ordered from this Papa Murphy’s location countless times in the last several years. The pizza has always been delicious and the employees have always behaved in a courteous manner, though I have noticed in the last 6 – 9 months the professionalism has declined a bit, but nothing like what I experienced tonight .
The store closes at 9 p.m.; I get that. I live three minutes away. I called at 8:48 to order and the 20-​something guy that answered the phone said in a brusque, annoyed voice «you realize we close in 10 minutes, right?». My answer: «Yes, I do. I guess I won’t be ordering anything then» (because you’re a rude jerk!). I have called in to order pizza at this same time before and no one has ever treated me like that. I obviously wouldn’t call in for a pizza I have to pick up if I couldn’t be there by closing. Store hours are until 9 p.m., not until an employee decides to stop taking phone calls. I can’t imagine they were terribly backed up at this time and did not have time to put together a pizza for me. It’s not like they had to cook it. Had he asked me nicely if I was aware of the 9 p.m. closing time and could I make it by then I wouldn’t have been offended at all.
Now I have to find the next closest location to patronize because I will not give my money to this location any longer. Thanks, jerk.

Just picked up a large thin-​crust fennel sausage pizza with so little topping that more than 3″ of crust on one side had no toppings on it — only sauce. Noticed this location’s toppings quantities have decreased in last 12 months or so. Won’t return, like the pizza but not without the topping I’ve paid for.

Came in here to place an order. Said what we wanted. Stood there and commented about next time what we wanted to try… I guess the gal got confused and ignored the order? But we got home and realized she made the wrong pizza!!!
It was tasty enough, but not what we had ordered.
Previous experiences have been good. We will be back. But I will double check my pizza next time.

I love this place! I come here at least a couple of times a month, sometimes more. Always great quality and tasty pizza, quick — my pizza is always ready when I call ahead and even when there is a line to pick up the pizza, it goes quick. The staff are very nice — tonight, for instance, I was lamenting a long day and how I felt bad about punting on making dinner for my family (obviously picking up pizza)…I said I really wanted to the smores pizza on display but I didn’t need it. The gentleman at the counter gave it to me! :-) He said it was the end of the night anyway and they would make a fresh one tomorrow. How nice is that! I was so excited that I left my keys on the counter when I went to my car!

I get a pizza from here almost every Sunday during football season. Make sure you go to their website for coupons. I prefer their thin crust vs their regular version. I wouldn’t recommend their Thai pizza. Come on have your ever seen cheese with Thai food? It was a real soggy mess.

The pizzas are really good and it’s a quick and inexpensive way to feed a lot of people. They usually have a new special every month that’s under $ 10.
At this location the employees are exceptionally nice. They get you in and out the door super fast and with a smile. The place is bright and clean and there is plenty of parking. It makes it very easy for me to stop in and grab a pizza on my way home.

Papa Murphy’s Pizza is great in my book and I’d give this restaurant 4 stars just for the food.
What makes me write the review and also award the fifth star is the outstanding crew that works here. Very friendly, incredibly fast, and working hard to make sure that everyone goes home happy with just the pizza that they want.
