Went on Saturday nails chipping on Tuesday. They used same towels on pedi chairs and they looked dirty. They ask if you want lotion on your hands? Thought that was part of a manicure?
Polishes almost empty. Came here a few times before but was really grossed out this time. Obviously cleanliness is not a priority. Will not be returning.

Great place. They pay a lot of attention to details. I went in for a pedicure, and I wanted to do French polish. However, I have white spots on my nails and have a hard time covering them up. The guy who did my pedicure was meticulous and used multiple colors to cover the spots. My toes look fantastic. Definitely recommend. I will be back!

I made an appointment yesterday morning after googling where in Newburyport I could have a manicure/​pedicure done. After reading some positive Unilocal reviews I decided to make an appointement for 12:30pm. When I arrived I was asked to pick out my gel nail color and within a couple of minutes after choosing my polish I was sat to start my pedicure. A young lady named Vang who waited on me was very nice. She was pleasant and easy to talk to and did an excellent job. During our conversation she mentioned she had several siblings who also worked at the Salon and spoke highly of the professionalism as well. Not only will I be back but I look forward to my next visit with Vang. Well done!

Wasn’t expecting much, was in town dog-​sitting and needed a quick fix. Got the shape perfect and had a ton of gel colors to choose from, found a new favorite. Didn’t give them 5 stars because they opened a little later than advertised. Would go back again if I didn’t live so far away…

I tried this nail salon for the first time tonight and I am more than pleased with the service and staff here! Great prices and clean salon. Very friendly and experienced staff. I will absolutely go back to this place again and again!

I got a pedicure here last weekend. The girl that did my toes did a nice job. She was friendly and paid attention to the details. My toes look great and the polish has stayed on nicely. I do wish the massage chair worked and the foot/​leg massage was better.
My friend that was with me had a different experience. The woman that did her toes (the mom?) was rude and gave no massage. She was done in about 20 minutes. I’ll avoid her if I go back.

A-​ok. Pretty standard mani-​pedi shop, which works for me most of the time. Everyone was pleasant. Nail and toes look good. Would have liked a better working chair massage and a shoulder massage with the manicure.

I just had my very first manicure and pedicure at this place. Yes I’ve never had them done before. With my wedding coming up I wanted to start taking better care of my nails. This is a family owned salon that has been open since 1996. The technicians were super nice and talked the whole time with my friend and I. The nail polish selection was great! It wasn’t fancy but was very clean and I could see the UV light sanitizer in the back of the salon sanitizing the tools. I got a pedi and mani for $ 35. Which is REALLY cheap! It was well done and I’m very happy with the results! I will be going back in two weeks :)

I was so happy to find this place open on a holiday. I got a pedicure and it was ok, but the male nail technician was supper good. He offered to draw a design on my nail and then after he was done I slammed my toe against the dryer. He repainted it to be just a beautiful as before. I would definitely visit this place again.
