Update from my last dealing with O’reilly which was the purchase of my trailer last year… So D.A. me didn’t realize exactly how heavy a cord of wood actually weighs. Turns out they’re an avg 2,500-lbs, up to 5,000 depending on stacking density, dryness, and species. Thus, my trailer unintentionally suffered an overloading of at least 1,000-lb beyond specs! Noticing it dragging a little at the fenders, I pulled the trailer into O’reillys on a Saturday, explained the situation, and asked if it could be fully inspected for permanent damage. Being smack dab in the middle of winter season they were visibly booked up and 2 weeks behind in snow damage repairs and snow equipment installations. However, if OK with me, they said they would look at it as soon as they could. Less than 3 business days later, despite the backlog in work, they called me saying they were able to give it a full inspection, test drive, and clean bill of health(the overweight«damage» was only temporary and the leaf springs returned to normal with no axle damage). And all that and FREEOFCHARGE simply because I had bought the trailer from them. Good job, O’reilly! And thank you! Once again going above and beyond for your customers!
