McFarland’s Mobile Mechanics

Cant ask for better service. I was stranded .I called them without appointment and they came to me within 2 hours. Phil diagnosed my trucks problem, went and picked up new parts, and installed them very quickly. Price was reasonable. Service was excellent. Kevin was great too! I recommend this company for quick roadside service on your car or truck.

Got helped today by Jason. Simple job of needing my belts changed. However, part store sold me wrong belt. Jason was still able to do the job though with some creative thinking. Highly recommend.

I have to say a heartfelt thank you to the gang at McFarland’s!!! I’m very partial to using locally owned businesses and it is simply because you get the best from your neighbors. It’s because they know you will give them your best as well.
This afternoon, I went out to start my truck to take a quick run to the store, but the silly truck thought otherwise. It wouldn’t start. I called McFarlands. Okay, it was the most expensive jump start I have ever had, but soooooo very worth it! The tech lives around the corner from me. He pointed out that my battery was the one that my truck came with (the truck is 11 years old) and that although my guess of the problem being with the starter was good, it wasn’t correct. He was polite and great natured while being professional. He gave me options that met my budget wonderfully. I would definitely use this service again. I will also refer this service to others.

I was (still am) on a road trip going from San Francisco to Vancouver. I had recently got some work on my car done, but check engine light came on.
After going to the Mazda dealership and being treated like a leper, my friend who I were staying with told me about Kevin. He came to me, (very quickly I might add) and figured out the problem right away. He charged ¹⁄₃ of what the dealership was asking, and was kind and thorough in explaining what he was doing.
I’m surprised he doesn’t have any Unilocal reviews yet, but definitely give him a call if you have any car needs.
