Alright, I held out for a while but here I am, I had to do it. Many times Ive been to this Autozone and many times Ive been treated like Im a burden. I know most of these auto parts stores have dudes that know everything but in reality just think they do, I deal with that at every parts store I go to but more than a dozen times Ive been treated like crap for no reason at all. The first bunch I let slide because It was resolved with no issues but this time all I did was call for some info on spark plugs,(Might I ad this is the first time Ive called instead of just dropping in) the dude on the phone was somewhat descent to me but when I called back for a part number on them and a price the dude was snippy with answers like I «already told you that» and«like before this is the price.» Im sorry but I have done a lot of shopping in this Autozone for a good 10 years and like I said before all the parts stores have a bit of an attitude but when the guys across the street at Orileys are more than nice, pretty smart and dont act like a bunch of know it alls that is the place I choose. I have sworn to never go to this Autozone many times and this time I mean it, Ill choose Orileys, Napa or the Ford dealer in town in the future. Theres just too much competition these days for me to settle on whats closer or whats open.

My car was dead this morning and thru aaa Fox Towing came to start it. The gentleman suggested I go to Autozone on Portland road. Apparently they will check it out at no charge. They found my 6 year old battery was dead. I paid for a new one and explained I had no one to change it out, and did no have a clue what to do. As busy as they were the young lady came to my rescue. She and the manager made quick work and explained and did the exchange. So my trailblazer is back running like clockwork. And I know how to change it in the future. Thanks so much Autozone!
