Nice little place. Lot of good varieties of bagels. They are little slow but on the whole experience was good.

The food is delicious here. The past few weeks their bagel sandwiches seem to have gotten bigger, and their ingredients have been very fresh! A few months ago they switched to table service, which was originally a bit disorganized, but they have definitely stepped up their game. I enjoy coming here with my family on the weekends.

So glad Unilocal is in existence or I would have never known this place existed. Quaint little place in People’s Plaza. Every single sandwich and salad sounded fabulous!!! It’s not your regular sanwich menu. All the choices have unique ingrediants. I can’t tell you the names of the sandwiches but I can say GO and check this place out. Service was fabulous as well. Small time feel which I love!!!

I’m a bit of a ny snob when it comes to bagels but this place is excellent! Had the Omar added tomato. Tomato was not very fresh but the sandwich overall was really good!

I’ve never had a bad meal here. In house made bread, bagels and croissants. Get there early so they don’t runout of your favorite.

My brother in law took me here for coffee and a bagel one morning and it was very good. The atmosphere was really trendy and cool. When I heard the name of the place we were going I thought it was going to be some hole in the wall joint with a bunch of old codgers sitting around drinking maxwell house coffee but I was shocked. The cofee was amazing and I got a chicken bagel that was really good. The bagels were fresh and the place was very clean. I would for sure go back here.

Love this place! Fresh ingredients delicious bagel sandwiches. This place is super busy during most breakfast times, but it is worth the wait. You just order at the counter and wait for your food at the table. Coffee drinks are great too. The bagels are really fresh and good. If you like healthy lighter food you will love this place!

Now offering table service. The croissants may be as good as the bagels. It’s a toss-up; they’re both deadly. Soups, salads, sandwiches are all exceptional. Coffee and other drinks are winners as well. It gets crowded and seating is limited, but you won’t care about that after the first bite.

They just started doing full service the day that we went so I think some of the kinks will be worked out. I was satisfied but not blown away by the crab bagel sandwich I had. The service was friendly.

Pro: Quaint place for breakfast! Whereabouts Café has a vast array of specialty coffees and bagel sandwiches in their wheelhouse. I went with the Marc Anthony(w/chicken, bacon, & cheddar) on an Asiago bagel with a café latte; both really hit the spot! My company raved about the Rue(w/lox cream cheese, tomatoes, & onions) and the Trinity(w/ham, provolone, & basil-parmesan pesto). Maybe I’ll go with either on my next visit! Con: None to mention… Bottom Line: Great way to start your day!

Stopped in for lunch while heading through Glasgow on the way south. Nice local place with pleasant interiors. Lunch menu has many sandwich and salad choices. Can be a bit of a challenge trying to make a choice. But a good problem to have since most sound delicious. Had the Kale and sausage soup with a bagel. Nice choice although soup could have been a bit hotter. Also enjoyed were two sandwiches with such fillings like portobello, pesto, mozzarella, etc. Only complaint was that the hot tea was over brewed and too strong. Maybe just a simple tea bag would suffice. If I lived local, definitely a nice place to become a regular.

This café is more focused on bagels and sandwiches than coffee but that’s ok. The bagels are made fresh and you can taste the difference. Hidden tip… if you get an iced coffee you can get a refill for free. It’s out of the way for us but we like the customer service and the fair prices

I like the array of coffees they have. I only had the lox and crème cheese bagels and I like how much lox they put. Other places they skimp on it. Their bagels aren’t hard either. Sucks that they close at 3.

Living in Wilmington, I rarely get to visit this place, but it’s one of my favorite breakfast spots in Delaware! Good service, bagels, and sandwiches. I love sitting solo sipping some coffee or iced tea at the«bar». Free wi-fi as well if you ever want to come and do work or browse the web while enjoying your meal!

I read some of the previous reviews and was skeptical, but I’m always down to try the unique cafés. Regardless of other people’s bad experiences, I say give it a try yourself. The food was great and so was the coffee. Just be sure to get in early because they may have sold all of your favorite bagels.

— UPDATE: Espresso hasn’t been great last about a week or so. I’m hoping its a broken machine they will fix soon. — — Baked goods are way above average. — Wide selection of bagels, croissants, cookies — Hot chocolate was very weak and not«chocolaty» at all. — Espresso was quite good, I liked it a lot. — To get a porcelain cup or mug to stay you need to ask for it. Simply saying«to stay» is not enough — Crowds up by 9am on sundays. — Even so, the queue moves very quickly, so no problem there.

Where do I go for coffee? Surely not Whereabouts again. Which is a shame, the coffee was excellent! My coworkers got bagel sandwiches that looked amazing. Unfortunately, I had already eaten breakfast, as our initial plan was to go to Starbucks. But my coworker suggested supporting a local business instead. Which I agreed with — I used to be a barista and coffee roaster at a small coffee shop. We were sitting at a table, discussing business plans when the VERY uncomfortable looking cashier came over and asked us to leave because it was busy and they needed the table. Okay… Except there were three open tables, two of which were larger than the one we used. We had intended to buy lunch, but didn’t want to spend another dime there after that. I called and spoke with the business owner, and she told me it was common practice there to ask customers to leave. Frankly, if she were there and stands behind this practice, she should have come over to us, not sent the cashier. I would not recommend this coffee shop to anyone, there’s a Starbucks and a Dunkin Donuts nearby with infinitely better service.

Amazed this place doesn’t have higher marks! My second time in(I’d def be a regular if I lived close by). Warm environment, quick and friendly service. I’ve now had breakfast and lunch– impressed with both. Coming back this afternoon for a latte because they look amazing!
