This place sucks!!! Rude Rude Rude!!! No customer service skills. Looking at the other reviews, it’s apparent that this place has a history of poor customer service! Pizza Hut, it’s a lot of people who would love and appreciate having a job, and doing their job with a positive attitude. Those are whom you should hire!

Contact this location if you want cold food 2 hours later. Don’t promise me food in 40 mins if it’s going to take 2 hours!!!
Called twice and the store twice and their excuse both times they had only one driver working that night. Not the customers fault. just inform me!

This place sucks!!! Unprofessional section 8 losers working in there. They don’t care about the customers at all! Oh and don’t be surprised when you ask to speak to the manager they just as STUPID as the workers. Just don’t order from here. Waste of time

Victoria is so rude and ignorant. I don’t believe Pizza Hut trained these fools on how to be friendly or the meaning of customer service. Clearly the career plan of the people at this place is to be unemployed as they have no real skills and low to non existent IQs. So sad I imagine their parents are so disappointed.

Worst service ever!!! Waited over 2 hrs for my order I placed online and it never came. Called the store itself and no one answered. After 6 mins, the phone just hung up. Called multiple times and still no one answered. Not even a recording or voice mailbox. They stole my money. Filing a complaint and will be fighting for a full refund since I paid for nothing. NEVER AGAIN

If I could give this Pizza Hut no stars I would. Basically a bunch of kids running the store. I’m 24 and I know I’m older than anyone working here on this Saturday September 26, 2014 night. I probably ordered the most simple 2 items on the menu, garlic breadsticks and honey BBQ bone in wings. Gave my order everything was fine. Charge me $ 19.77 (had two Starbucks beverages as well). Cool. Took about 45 mins for these two orders to come out (it was not crowded). Still I’m okay with this as long as my food is fine I’m fine. Here can in the problem. About 5 mins after leaving the Pizza Hut I open my breadsticks. Very oily but that wasn’t the problem. The marinara sauce they gave me with my breadsticks was refrigerator cold. Not hot. Not warm. Not like warm. Cold. I could distinctly taste the difference between the chilled sauce and the hot bread. I move onto the wings which are luke warm (my bread was warming than my wings) and there is suppose to be 8 wings. I know it’s suppose to be 8 because the person that took my order said to me «8 wings?» I said «yes». But I open my wings and my brain said «count these wings to see how bad they fucked up» and there was 6 fucking wings. I paid for 8 but only got 6. I call the Pizza Hut and calmly explain their errors to them and they had 0 sympathy like it was my fault. Apparently Pizza Hut first heat up their marinara anymore they let it get room temperature. But if room temperature is 60 fucking degrees in suppose to be okay with cold ass marinara sauce. Who they fuck eats cold marinara sauce. Also the tables were filthy and someone swept and then didn’t pick up what they just swept. It just sat there the entire 45 mins I was there and was still there when I left and probably still there. Should have ate at subway. Smh

GREAT FOOD. HORRIBLE STAFF!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Did I mention HORRIBLE staff?! Seriously. Huge disappointment picking up my food. EVERYTIME. Super rude. Basically a bunch of kids running a muck.
Pizza Hut should have higher standards to who they hire. But seriously HORRIBLE service. Allow me to give 3 great stories of what I’ve witnessed.
1. A guy whip a girl (cashier) with his belt while she was ringing someone up. (That’s definitely sexual harassment) He still works there because I continue to order from here.
2. The cashier leaned against the counter with her back against the customers because she didn’t want to deal with us. No pizzas were ready for pick up so she just shut down. One guy waited like 10 minutes and he was just trying to order a slice. Super rude.
3. I had waited over 20 minutes to get my food and finally when I got
It the computer froze and I had to wait over 5 minutes to restart. Once cash register turned on it locked them out and they told me to wait more. It was 5 dollars exact change. I finally convinced them to give me cash from the delivery guy and when the computer turned on they could put my money in the register.
Staff is horrible. But needless to say I LOVE PIZZA HUT. This specific one has HORRIBLE service.

I waited from more than 1 hour and 30 mins to get the delivery. The ventilation inside the store is too bad.

Run of the mill conveyor belt style grabage pizza. Employees are friendly but inexperienced since the first batch left the ovens on and caused a few evacuations of the dormitory it is at the bottom of.
The food is cheap and not worth the price for how much you get. Oh! I forgot to memtion the wait for the simplest food ever. Good luck not ending up like Methuselah!

This location is lucky that they are receiving one star! Worst location. Normally before my family and I moved to this area we use to get our pizza from the location in Kearny, which we never had any issues with. As soon as we moved near this one, every time we ordered food and went at the pick up time it stated it would be ready it always ends up being an extra 30 – 50 minutes longer. The manager Brittany is very rude and so are a few of the cashiers. My last experience I had been waiting for 40 minutes plus the 20 minute time that it should’ve taken to cook the pizza. The manager refused to give me cooperates number, told me I could find it on their website, and blamed the slowness on only having one cook. So what are the reasons for every other time that the slowness occurs. Once my pizza was finally ready at 855pm, when the pizza was ordered at 750pm, she dropped my pizzas, bread sticks and wings on the counter and told the cashier that was my pizza. The cashier refused to give me the managers name until I asked her a third time. I live literally 2 – 3 blocks from this location, and when I got home and I opened the pizza to serve ²⁄₃ of the pizzas were burnt, both orders of my bread sticks were hard. None the less, we spent $ 63 of food that wasn’t eaten. When I finally spoke to cooperate 2 weeks later after 3 complaints were made all the person on the other side could say was «I’m sorry that you had to encounter an experience like this.» I said are you serious? For that they could’ve kept their phone call. That experience with Pizza Hut and the corporate location makes me never want to go to another Pizza Hut again. I even explained that to him, and how often I order from Pizza Hut– our family is really big in sports, we always order from them for Spurs, Heats, Yankee, and 49er games. I’m sure they won’t miss one customer not doing business with them, but I’m sure another pizza restaurant will love all the money I’ll be spending with them…

They gave us free pizza to try. I think it was the manager or somthing but they were making this new type of pizza and he let us try it for free. Thats an A+ in my book.

Look, life is hard, but working at Pizza Hut is far harder. I understand that your is terrible, but that is no excuse for a 1.5 hr wait for a single pizza. All in all, classy establishment, but lacked order. Witnessed a woman quit on the spot after being overwhelmed by a few customer orders.
Aside from the rating, a nice episode of general hospital.

Horrible waits after my pizza was ordered. Rude staff, and after two and a half hours they told me they didn’t have my dough so were going to charge me an extra $ 5. I left at that point.
I will never go to this location again. I cannot recommend highly enough that everyone stays away from this location.

Horrible. Waited 27 minutes for pasta and the staff didn’t apologize for the long wait whatsoever. During peak hours, I’d accept it, but we were the only ones in the place. On top of that, there were about 7 workers in the back. To make matters worse, we found a hair in the pasta.
Tl;Dr don’t come here. Last time I ordered from there

This chain is horrible. We were surprised to see a Pizza Hut open near our workplace, so we gave it a shot when they newly opened. Over two hours to receive cold pizza, called the store multiple times to follow up and management was rude and stated it was delayed because they were busy.

I love Pizza Hut… I hate this one though. They don’t serve personal pans and no one in here seems to value having a job. At first I was ecstatic that a Pizza Hut opened around the corner. But given that this one is so low quality, I’d rather stick with Dominoes.

Pizza Hut is just ok for a chain in general. But this one is exceptionally bad. They rarely honor their delivery hours, and even when they do deliver, it takes forever. The delivery people have always been nice at least…

Growing up, I thought Pizza Hut was the best thing since sliced bread. Whenever my parents told me we were getting pizza that night, I always got super excited because I knew we were getting it from the Hut and it was going to be freakin’ delicious.
Well, that was like 15 years ago, and today, I can’t quite tell if Pizza Hut’s quality has declined as it competes with Domino’s (why compete for the best cardboard tasting pizza?) OR the pizzas are still the same and maybe my palate and expectations have changed.
Either way, the pizza, at least at this location, doesn’t wow me at all. I remember the crust being crispier and more similar to that of a true deep dish pizza, but now it tastes like something pre-​made. The toppings are sparse and few… when I order double pepperoni and you give me like 10 little pieces on a medium pizza? I know we just got over the recession but C’MON…
Maybe I’m expecting too much from a chain, but since I’m expecting more… I guess I’ll take my money elsewhere.
