They say you can return in 90 days but then when you bring stuff back they say no.

This seems to be like where all the express discards come in to live. The people working there are not trained at all, and doesn’t seem to care about providing any customer service. Most of the employees are always just busy not working. I found it very hard to shop because everytime I would get hold of a person to ask a question, they would run off to find the answer but would get distracted and not come back at all.

in my fashion opinion, Express Men is like the gateway to office job. always end up in there for the colared shirt to remain professional.

My boyfriend wears Express pants and they’re the only pants that seem to look good on. Unfortunately, Express Men locations tend to have small sale racks EXCEPT this one. Good place to find the jeans you want and also find them at reasonable prices.

I seriously have more than 50 Express shirts. I love this place. The graphic tees are nice, but not too crazy. The snap-up shirts and button-up shirts are classy, but roll up the sleeves and they can be casual too. Lots of options for fitment too(depends on the season, sometimes Fitted is better, sometimes Modern Fit — I also go back and forth between M and L depending on the cut). If you buy clothes here, don’t do it without a combination of a discounted price from a sale, and a $/off coupon from an email or right off the website. Buying at regular price is silly, but after discounts there’s some pretty good value.

I come here to buy clothes for the Boyfriend or my guy friends and I like this store. The store is usually neat(with the exception of holiday shopping) and the staff is friendly. I do think that the merchandise is overpriced and I would hardly buy anything here unless it’s on sale or I have a discount coupon. I do like the look of their clothes, but they haven’t been coming out with anything new. Oh, and they no longer have gift boxes except during the holiday season.

I used to go here a lot around 2009 through early 2011 to shop. I loved the selection of clothes, some of the staff is good well the other part needs help. I remember one girl who used to work here — I think her name was Danielle she would always check on me to make sure if I was ok, very friendly and just overall gave me as well as my family awesome costumer service. I’m unsure if she still works at this location, but shes the main reason I would keep coming back to this Express.

One of my favorite clothing stores. Love everything they carry from the belts, shirts to jackets. Their jeans are my favorite. The people who work here are typically helpful. They have decent deals every once in a while.

Express as a store is great. When the Mr. needs to get polished for cheap we’ll head here. More of metro type style BUT if you can pick and pull correctly you can still end up looking like a renaissance man instead of a jersey shore disaster lol. This location… sigh. I wanted to give you a good review bc we shop here so much and my nephew is all into how cool this location is BUT service sucks. 5 guys at the folding table, no one greeting us, having to grab someone OURSELVES to get rung up… COMEON. Actually one of the associates greeted someone which i thought was meant for us but was mistaken bc he quickly turned away from me and my family. we weren’t even dressed«ghetto». When my husband pulled this indian guy to ring us up we got NO apology, or sorry that took so long, NOSMILE, NONOTHING!!! I also heard from a bird that this guy is a manager… or assistant manager. AGAIN, COMEONMAN. I’ve worked in retail, if i was a secret shopper your a5s would’ve gotten blasted by your DM. we don’t need to be waited on hand and foot by no means but sh*T don’t mean mugg your customers. you want my money right? or the comission? You need training.

I’m a fan of Express period. Everytime I go to the mall, I hit up Express to see what sales and new items they have. This Express is small and they never have my pants size available, but they do have a lot of sales. Now I order my pants online in order to get my correct size but its still Express nevertheless. I will never get tired of this place unless I find a better brand within the same price range. Suggestions anyone?

Generally a pretty positive experience. If you want to try on clothes that are folded or shirts that are wrapped up they will let you take them down and try them on. Bummed out when I bought a bunch of stuff thinking I can cash in on the coupons a certain way but I couldn’t. Otherwise cool people, not busy, bit expensive. Oh yea Stoneridge store is smaller but has a better selection of clothes.

I get most of my business attire here at Express Men since it’s so conveniently located to home and the Newpark Mall itself is rarely busy so parking is simple. You can usually get, «Buy 1 get the 2nd at ½,» deals here, great if you’re a baller on a budget. I’d say they have relatively fashionable attire since I“m a relatively fashionable guy. =P Although, I love their winter attire, it’s too much clothes for California winters, but would work great if you lived in the SF or colder climates. This Express is clean and the customer service is not too bad but sometimes when you are asked, «Can I help you look for something?» from every sales associate it gets kind of annoying. Also, Express wastes a lot of paper sending junk mail with deals and coupons on it which is annoying as well.
