Colors Hair & Nails

Probably the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. Did not follow directions. Cut far too much off. Cut my hair with a razor while floating it over my head, leaving it completely uneven and in patches. I had to go to another salon to fix it and they could hardly do anything besides even it out.
Stylists did not have their licenses out on display. Pretty sure they are still in school.

I love Colors. If I still lived in Newark, I would be here every week. :) But, I still come by once in a blue moon for my yearly haircut: D. I usually call in advance to check how busy they are,. They’re usually able to accomodate me pretty quickly, not more than a 5 minute wait, if I’m not immediately taken care of. Since I make infrequent visits, I can never remember the girls’ names, but they are all very skilled in what they do. I’ve had great eyebrow waxes and hair cuts from them. They also do nails, but I, personally, haven’t gotten my nails done with them, but I’m sure they’re great. :) The prices are very fair. My last hair cut cost $ 30 which included the shampoo, cut and blowout. Colors is definitely worth a visit. And, if your a little peckish after your salon visit, Hamburgao is just caddy corner to the salon. ;)
