This is the last time I’m going to this location, that’s it. Bad service, rude manager and no one seems to know the product and pricing. All they do is press the button on the register and whatever comes out is whatever it is, and when I ask why isn’t it the same as on the pricing board, they said they don’t know, that’s what the computer indicated, and refuse to give me the listed price! If they don’t use their brain, why hire a person ?! The manager is there making the situation worse because she insisted that she is following the computer pricing. If no human mentality is involved in the entire ordering system, hiring them is redundant, why not computerize the ordering system and just let the costumer punch in the orders ourselves. I’m sure a robot is more courteous !

So i pulled up to the drive-thru and all I get is «are you ready» wow not even a welcome. Explain to me how or why they need 15 $ an hour? Rude and not customer friendly at all. Hope managers actually read reviews on Unilocal and make changes

This Carl’s jr is the most ghetto dirty restaurant in Newark and Fremont. I don’t like their food but somehow I always end up back here

Stale Food. Bad Service. Wow. What happened to this place? I went to the drive thru for lunch and waited for several minutes before they took my order(no other cars waiting). The kitchen door was open and I could see they had plenty of staff(6+ people just standing around socializing). I was surprised to get my food so fast, but once I drove off I realized why. The fries were stale, the soda was flat and my burger was NOT fresh! Its obvious that they let their food sit for way too long before they serve it. I won’t be back. No quality control. For $ 9+ I will go to a real burger joint or stick with In N Out and save money.

I was craving a bbq western so had to hit up a Carls Jr. Theres not many of these franchises around. The service through drive thru is slow but the food is fresh. My burger was juicy and hot and the fries were fresh. Price has gone up a bit but its worth it for the size of the burgers. Their fried zucchinis are good too and cris cut fries!

This place is horrible, and I’m not saying that because it is a fast food place. The service is bad, the food is cold and you can tell they just let the food sit around for hours until someone comes to order it. I ordered chicken strips and the woman here did not want to give me ranch, unless I paid extra. It’s pretty hard to screw up fast food but these people have somehow found a way.

I wouldn’t normally leave a Unilocal review for fast food. This place however, is horribly slow! Watching through the drive-thru window, it seems like one guy is doing everything! It seems like a very low-staffed franchise. It took about 10 minutes to get my food from the point of ordering. It took 4 minutes once I got to the window to even pay for my order. Very slow service!

Carl’s Jr.‘s menu has an higher end feel to it. pricier. not sure it’s worth it eats: fish taco(2.49) –atlantic cod. mostly lettuce, cheese, white sauce –short medium finger length of cod given, tasteless –nasty aftertaste, sodium, msg sensation. lish stars crumbs: –cashier too busy to take orders busing eats to sitdown patrons. –no dollar menu here

The Staff is always really nice with me. I always use the drive through and sometimes it could take a little bit longer than a mc Donald’s. But then I know that all my food is fresh and I know it can take a while to cook some food sometimes. So doesn’t bother me that much.

I guess they use the term fast food loosely here. Waited a long time at the speaker to even order my food, I was about to leave when another car came in behind me and I couldn’t. Then we waited almost twice as long as that at the window waiting to pay and receive our food. I saw my food sitting by the window while we were waiting. They refused to give my my receipt. Gave me the wrong dipping sauce, and 4 of out 7 food items were cold and nasty.

This is usually one of the best Carls Jrs to go to in the area, but one day last week my buddy and I came here for lunch and it was terrible. Neither of us liked it. My burger tasted gross, not like any burger meat I’ve ever had here before and it was pretty crunchy and overcooked. And even though I asked for the criss-cut fries and the lady said ‘yes’ at the counter, they brought me out regular fries and then I check the receipt to find that regular is what she had put down. And their shake size is a fucking joke. It was in a plastic cup that is the equivalent of a small size anywhere else but is $ 3.29.So if you like shakes like I do, go to burger king and a large is really a large in a 32oz cup.

Who makes comments on fastfood service? Its fastfood what service do you expect? Burgers are always good and milkshakes are top notch! Unilocalers that complain about fast food service are the people that dont know how to tip in waiters in restaurants

I went here three times in the same week to order one thing: a strawberry malt. This is a recount of those happenings(based on a true story): 1. No malt; OK, no big deal, just ordered a regular strawberry shake 2. No strawberry; umm oh well, ordered an oreo cookie shake. 3. No malt, strawberry, oreo cookie, or even vanilla… You have failed me for the last time.

Horrible service. They said machines were broken so they couldnt make me a burger but the people behind bought burgers with no problems, no napkins, no ketchup. Rude cashier

Don’t order the salad, the chciken that comes with it is not enough. If you order a meal remember they still have small sized soda, because they will only ask you if you want Medium or Large.

I think we all know or have eaten at a Carl’s Jr. before so, I’ll just give you the gist about this location. They’re fast. The restaurant is clean. The food is consistent. The people are nice. #3(Western Bacon Cheeseburger) with Criss Cut Fries a Coke and 2 packs of House Dressing… and I’m good! ;)

The quality here was as good as Carl’s Jr has ever been, which is one step ahead most other fast food joints. ;3
